Very comfortable. Feels like slippers. Great everyday casual shoe. Perfect for walking to my yoga class. Gives me enough support for walking then easy to slip off and on before and after class. I like that the shoe looks sort of glittery (metallic) so I could wear it with more outfits than I would with an athletic shoe. I usually wear a size 4 or sometimes a 4.5 (34), but since the smallest is a 35, I gave it a try. It was a little big, but with a Dr. Scholl's insert, the shoe is perfect. Someone had mentioned that there is no arch support. There is a little support, but it does have a soft sole, so the inserts give the shoe more arch support. Cute, comfortable shoe...and I've gotten lots of compliments!

These are great shoes just too short. I ordered next size up and they will be just what I need for my trip!

Just returned from 2 weeks pounding the cobblestones in Europe and I loved them - I bought these just for the trip, and they performed very well. The stretchiness in the top of the shoe made it very comfortable, and accommodating to any foot swelling after a long flight or long day of walking in the heat. Very breathable as well. I could wear with pants or a skirt, so I liked the versatility of a Mary Jane style over some others I considered.

Love the shoes, but toes hit the black area in front. I guess they were a little too short, next size would be too large in heel.

Love these shoes! I have difficult feet: small, square and have bunions. These fit my feet and are so comfortable that it is like walking on air. They are not too flat for me like one of the other styles. They will clearly be my go to shoe between boots and flip flop season.

Great for wide feet, due to elasticity. I am inbetween two sizes, depending on width, and chose the smaller size. Incredibly comfortable: they Feel like slippers--and look a little like slippers! I added arch supports for use as summer walking shoes.

These are really comfortable. I wore them for 12 hours straight and although I felt like they might be wearing on my toes (due the fabric being a little rough on the inside) they did not. Supper comfy and lightweight. I have thought about buying another pair. I do with they come in more neutral colors. Like a tan or white.

Love these shoes! I'm a teacher and on my feet all day long. They are well padded and don't run at all. The arch support isn't great but I added and insole and I'm good to go now.

These shoes are ridiculously comfortable. I honestly wasn't expecting much; I was looking forward to just having shoes that I could use from the train station to the office, and switch out to something else. No way. I love the style, they are comfortable, and they keep my feet from aching, even after a long day of trekking about the stores, shopping, conventions...you name it. Definitely would buy these again.

Love these shoes but needed more support in the arch. Bought half-size larger and used Dr Scholls arch supports. Perfect!

These are wonderful shoes - both in looks and comfort. I bought a pair in black last summer and came back for another pair this year. They are very comfortable to wear and they fit true to size. Try these! You won't regret it. I have become a Bernie Mev fan. Love his shoes.

I have a wide foot that I was worried the foot bed or upper would not accommodate, but they are very comfortable. Also, surprisingly light, making them great for travel.

I first bought this style in Paris, 2003, made by Nike. I loved them! They are perfect for my hammer toe and arthritis. The fabric started to unravel this fall, so I bought these Bernie Mevs. If I could have only one pair of shoes, it would be these. They are excellent.

Love these shoes as they are so comfortable right out of the box. I also have the open toe style for the summer, and lived in them and vacationed for 2 weeks wearing them. The only thing is that where the weave is at the top of the closed toe, it sort of rises up a little, but other than that I would give it all 5 stars.

I just got "Charm" as my not-hikers for a trip this winter to Spain. They are lightweight, and they are really adorable. I've been wearing them without socks for days that are not too cool here. My arch is too high for most flats to be comfortable, but there's enough of a heel life and support for my high arch. Definitely size up a 1/2 size. My foot is narrow, so I need the strap so I don't walk out of them.

These shoes are light and flexible. I have no idea how durable they will be. I wear a 40 generally, and this shoe fits me snugly. If you sometimes waffle between 40 and a 41, I would suggest going up. They are a bit sparkly, but it is fun for a change to have something peppy. However, these are not dress shoes, in my estimation.

I love these shoes! Very lightweight so should be nice for traveling. They seem very comfy.

I have a big bunion on my left foot, so have to find wide shoes to accommodate. Because the material is stretchy, it accommodates my bunion, even though it is not a wide size. I have to say, they feel like slippers! I feel like I am cheating at work by wearing slippers! They have a good grip sole, which helps me keep my balance - due to mild arthritis in knees and a bunion it is easy for me to feel off balance. I am very happy I found them. Besides all this, already got a few compliments on their attractiveness. I highly recommend them.

I have 1 other pair of Bernie Mev. shoes and they work for casual wear. These looked as though they would be even more comfy. Just please blame my feet and not the shoes. The feet are very picky. I just could not get comfortable in them. My padded insoles did not even give me enough "cush" for a tile floor. Love the uppers but resigned to giving them up. Sorry Bernie. My feet depress a lot of good brand makers.

This shoe is so cute that I approached a total stranger at Lowe's & asked her where she got it. "It feels like clouds" she told me, and she is right. So soft! So comfortable! Unfortunately, even though I have tried two sizes, and cannot go shorter, I feel as if I can walk out of them. They are just too soft! I am sending them back with the regret of me and my bunions.

Terrific shoes and Zappos gave terrific service. I had to return the first pair since they were a little short. Second pair is perfect. Order, shipping and return service could not be better.

I have several pairs of Bernie Mevs, and find their sizing a bit inconsistent. This pair was right on the number. It's very comfortable, and I can use my orthotics. The shoe looks very cute too.

Instantly comfortable without being too soft - these are my second pair of this style. Good arch support. Airy and cool in the hottest of weather and warm enough when it cools down. I love them!
