I wanted so badly to make these work. The look is great, they seem sturdy and the leather look ready to withstand a beating... But the fit and sizing on these babies is unnerving. I normally wear a 10.5 but ordered a 10 and a 10.5 since at least one review mentioned they run large. Well, the 10s were snug, but so were the 10.5s. In fact, they felt nearly identical with just the slightest difference in length. The snugness is at least in part due to the minuscule height of the toe box. If you have fat/chubby toes or "toe knuckles", you'll be hurtin' for room. Regardless, I figured I'd order 11s and see if they were any better. What I got instead were clown shoes. The 11s were almost a full inch longer than the 10.5s, with my feet swimming and my toes not even touching the end of the toe box. I've never encountered such a discrepancy between two pairs of shoes a half size apart. It was laughable, honestly. So yeah, great pair of kicks if your feet happen to fit in their erratic sizes (and have skinny toes).

I love all my HUF shoes! This is a wider shoe so that's good for me. HUF style and brand is SO COOL!

Huf Classics are one of the most popular skate shoes right now. They basically started the whole trend of white toecaps on skate shoes. The toecap creates almost impenetrable durability. The one complaint people have with the shoe is the shallow tread pattern on the sole. I haven't experience any problems like this. My only real issue with the shoe is the lack of padding around the ankle makes the shoe feel a little loose. Also, the tongue and suede paneling are super thin, without any added padding underneath, so if your board hits your foot, you're gonna feel it.

In my opinion they fit a half size small. (I wear a 10 in Vans Chima, I bought a 9.5 in these.) They look great but most importantly they skate great! The insoles are a little weak, I usually switch them out personally. They have great board feel and decent suede the toe cap works for sure for flicking! I haven't bought any canvas ones. They look cool but I don't know if they would last long. Also it took me a while to break in the toe cap.

I love the look of the shoe, but I cannot stand wearing them.The cuff of the left heel folds over after a few steps pressing it against my Achilles tendon causing pain. Somehow this isn't a problem on the right shoe. Instead, the right shoe offers a feature wherein regardless of how the shoe is laced, the tightness of said lacing or the thickness of socks I am wearing just refuses to grab my heel and as a result makes a farting sound with each step.My first pair of HUFs and definitely my last.
