The measurements for the sleeves are not 33 inches like the description says. That's a typo. They are about 24" on the XS. I'm 5'4" 109lbs and this fits nicely overall but the sleeves are one inch too long. I'm a picky seamstress and thought before it arrived that I'd have to hem the sleeves but they roll up one fold almost invisibly. I won't bother to sew them. Overall, it's slim looking while leaving some room for a sweater. The coat itself is really, really thin. At first I thought I'd have to return it but I just put it on and stepped outside where it is 18 degrees Fahrenheit. I stayed out there for a couple of minutes trying to emulate how long I'd be outside walking to my car at work or out at a store. Everything seemed okay and I was surprisingly comfortable. After a couple of minutes, I did notice that where the shoulder seams are I started to feel the cold. This coat isn't for the hard cold that happens in northern places. I'd say it's best suited for 30-45 degrees (F) while you'd be fine making a quick go of it below freezing with a sweater on underneath. I think it doesn't come with a hood as a sign of that. If you live somewhere where you must wear a hat for six months out of the year, this will be an okay fall coat but you'll want to go heavier one for the real winter. If you live some place where you never have need of a hat (or rarely), this coat would probably be okay for winter (like Virginia, North Carolina type winters).
