This is the fleece that I wear to and from the gym, and quite often all day on the weekends. It is totally comfortable. I can see using this as a base layer on a cold bike ride, or for snowboarding.
I love the soft feel and the lightweight warmth.

I bought this in black, size L this spring to be my go - to extra layer on 2 2 week trips to Europe in May and October. It looked great with a skirt, shorts or jeans and still looks like new, as do the 2 other Arc'teryx sweaters in the same fabric that I own - a full-zip hoodie bought in 2011 and a half-zip bought in 2014.

I got this jacket two years ago. I wear it frequently for work because it is versatile and comfortable. I can wear a T-shirt or long sleeve under it depending on the temperature and I can still wear a shell or raincoat over it when needed and still have mobility. I wash it frequently and it has held up. This is my go to jacket for travel because it works so well with layering. I personally don't like the color options except for the one I purchased which is a bright orange.

I have purchased 8 of these jackets and I love them all!! It is extremely versatile and can be worn casually or as a midlayer for skiing, hiking, or running. They wash beautifully and dry quickly. They don't pick or pile. The delta fleece is a must piece for an active person's wardrobe.

This is a fantastic fleece. The warmth to weight ratio is spot on. I wear this fleece alone in the spring, summer evenings, and fall, and as a base layer in the winter. Although it feels odd to comment on, the zipper is durable and appears to be long-lasting. This really is a great fleece.

I was hesitant to purchase the jacket because of the price range but I finally got one (M pilot). This jacket is out of this world, it is precisely what Arcteryx described, comfortable, thermally efficient, Lightweight and overall amazing. I personally surprised after I used it. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The Delta LT is one of my all time favorites. It is ultra comfy, warm and soft. It really gives you that awesome sleeping bag warm snugly feeling when you toss it on after feeling chilly. They gave enough relief between the micro velour and the zipper so that it never snags and I have never had mine slip. The fit is relaxed yet not baggy. I utilize this piece mostly around the house/yard or around town as serious outdoor adventures are not the Deltas strong suit. The small grid Polartec fleece, in my experience, will not hold up to repeated abuse with pack straps on the shoulders or the contact points on your back from a day pack or larger. That is not to say that any of mine have ripped or torn but the tiny squares will start to pill and or flatten. For my intended use it gets 5*

When hiking in the mountains I always have a couple layers. This one is perfect for a hot day or a cool morning walk with the dogs. Wasn't sure what colour Ion was, but it's quite a pretty pale mauve-blue. May not be particularly practical, but I'm counting on it washing well. So nice to have XL available- not always easy to find.

I want this jacket in every color. It's the perfect jacket for cooler summer nights. Lightweight so it packs up well for on the go. I got this for cooler mornings & evenings but will definitely use as a layer piece in the winter. I like the arms aren't super tight so that i don't feel constricted when I do put on an additional layer. I love the texture of the fabric as well and I currently have it in honey dew and it's so flattering.

Works great as a mid-layer, and as a standalone in warmer climates, or higher exertion activities. I haven't had the chance to use it to its full potential yet, but once I do, I am sure it will live up to its already stellar record in my personal collection.

Love the delta. Admiral with the red accents is money! I go back and forth on which is my favorite piece of kit this or my atom! I'll say I wear the delta more because I run hot and don't need my atom as much. If Arc'teryx made a delta wig a hood I would live in it. If you are undecided, do it you won't regret it. This is a year round item.

Great layering piece for sub-freezing days and can stand as top layer in 35+ degree days. A hint of stretch makes this fleece top a winter wardrobe staple item.

This is my second jacket of this same design. It is my default choice whenever I need a lightweight cover. I love that it fits well under another layer, but can easily be used on its own. So convenient to fold up into my bag or wrap around my waist when the day warms up. Washes well and I love the bright blue and grey colors.

Keeps you warm for such a thin, light-weight jacket. I bought this for a winter trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where the weather would be around 30 degrees. This was the perfect layering piece that I wore almost every day. It's comfortable, doesn't take up much space and keeps you warm.

The Delta LT is a great piece!
The pros are many, but generally follow the trend of light, warm, functional, and stylish. I can attest to all of this. I have used this piece as my only insulator around town, and as part of a multi-layered set up in the backcountry. It holds it's own every time. Provides surprising warmth despite the light weight and thin make, and it breathes well enough. When incorporated into a multi-layered system, it adds lots of warmth while minimizing bulk.
One of the cons that pops up a lot are concerning the excess bulk in the armpits. While this is true, and the material does bulk up there, keep in mind that this is due to the gussets there. These allow freedom-of-motion without forcing the waist to ride up and expose you to any cold that might rush in - a highly useful trait.
My only qualm with the fleece is the lack of an elastic in the hem at the waste. I find that it can be a bit baggy. This is likely just due to my slim build. However, for the weight it would add, I do appreciate the option of being able to snug up the garment around the waist. I am 5'11", 155lbs, and wear a size medium.
Bottom line, I would definitely recommend this, to anyone. Read what Arc'Teryx says about the piece, it holds true to what they claim. The pros outweigh the only con by a lot...

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I love this jacket so much I bought it in another color as well. It is soft, warm (but not too warm) and super light. The two hand pockets plus the small one on the sleeve are just what I needed. Thanks Zappos!

The mid layer is perfect for every occasion. I now own 2 of them and they are my go to for everything. They are very lightweight yet surprisingly warm! The best part is how soft they are! The Delta Lt is amazing. Sleeves are nice and long. I am 6'2 and I chose a medium.

I love this jacket which I got in the bright red color (don't see it online). It's lightweight, great for hiking as a 2nd layer, a good good for travel. It looks like a cross between fleece and jacket so it's attractive.
