I love this product, however the lack of flexiblity in the back makes it constantly fall over. There is a ton of room length wise but not as much width wise, which would be nice. Overall amazing product and would buy again!

I wear it to school, and it's 100% water proof, never got wet inside!

I use it daily for graduate school to take a laptop, folders, books, and plenty of other random things including lots of keys, cords, and teaching tools. I love that the water bottle pouches are deep and that my bottles fit very securely--other backpacks end up with stretched out pockets which I feel won't happen. I love the soft, small lined pocket right in the front, which is perfect for a cell phone. The only downsides to this backpack are the utilitarian nature of it, including the multiple chest and waist straps which I find unnecessary, and the lack of a secure keychain that I can attach my keys to. Cheaper backpacks have such a device that's sewed into a smaller pouch, and that would make it much easier for me to grab my office keys.

This backpack has been great! I use it every week day as my work bag because I walk two miles to and from school. I like the clips that go across my waist and chest, it helps shift the weight from my back. It's also a great color and the pockets are a great size.

Great for school..got space for all of my stuffs

I have used my backpack just to carry around my laptop as of right now, I plan to use it for school and travel once I start the semester. I thought it would be much bigger, but since it's a women's backpack it's very comfortable and fitting.

I bought this backpack as a gift, and he loved it. Great design, has some color without being too showy. Very comfortable, with multiple uses.

MY BRO really like it ,he is a journalist , he need something large and light ,, i pick this backpack for him ,,the color i picked is also good for casual or meeting ,,just i am not sure it is water proof or not ,,but it is good backpack

Great pockets

I bought this backpack for my daughter who lugs a lot of things around NYC on her bike. She did the research on this backpack because she needs something roomy, with lots of compartments, and comfortable; and to her delight, it's exactly what she was looking for. We don't know about durability (She's rough on things), but only time will tell.

This bag was purchased as a gift for my teen daughter. She uses it as a school bag and loves it. The bag initially did not look big enough but once she started putting binders and books in it we realized it is bigger than it appears. Great school bag!

Great back pack! Sturdy with smart compartments. I don't like all of the little straps that were attached but I'm sure those are handy when hiking.

This is product is perfect to use to bring books to school or to bring your personal item while traveling. It is really comfortable and have a lot of space. Summurazing is the North Face quality as usual

I had a North Face backpack for a while now. I really love how it is designed for your back and it has many beneficial qualities: a slot for water bottle, a small pocket to keep ID, a pocket for school supplies, and most importantly, a laptop sleeve. It is very convenient taking it to school and when you are on the go. However, the newer designs are not as pretty compared to the Fall 2012.

Lot of storage space and light weight

I gave this backpack as a birthday present, and he seemed to really appreciate it. He liked the space it provided and the strong make of the pack. It seems durable and it looks nice.

I love this backpack but there are a bunch of little tiny clear beads that appear in the bottom of it! I have a friend that has the same problem! Can anyone tell me what these are? Overall though I enjoy the bag a lot and have been using it everyday!!!

It is a very compact bag. A good organized bag. The only problem is the less padding when wearing the bag. It becomes very hard when filled with laptop and iPad.

I use this backpack for school. The only complaint I have is the main pocket wasn't as big as I expected it to be, and I can't fit too much in there. Everything else is great.
