I got this for my son who is a seventh grader. He wanted a new backpack that said "adult" more than "kid" (because we all know you're grown up when in junior high). He likes red so that's the color I got for him. The color was bold and vibrant. The fabric is sturdy. He carries as iPad to school and will eventually have a laptop, and the padded section for this is very good.

I'm a college student and throughout the years North Face has been my go-to brand for backpacks. The designs are always sleek and durable. You can fit a lot in this bag without looking like a turtle because there's a compartment for everything giving you optimal space. The laptop slot and the front small pocket are perfect for putting your phone and wallet in for easy access and the second opening has a bunch of pen slots and zippers to keep things in. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this as a school bag because it can withstand the wear and tear of a busy student while still looking brand new!

I love this backpack for school, as a light travel bag, and for hikes and bike rides.

I got mine from my job Against All Odds and with having a wide selection of NorthFace bags I decided this was the one for me. It has all the room you can imagine, keeps everything well organized, and no matter how much weight you put inside, it remains extremely comfortable. The bungee cords on the front are absolutely perfect for carrying shoes, or anything for that matter! To top it off, the bag is great looking and the price is very modest for everything you get. The cordura fabric this bag is made with has a reputation for being extremely durable so I look forward to writing a follow up review in the future.

Love the design, colors and lifetime warranty. Perfect size for my daily commute. The only things I would change would be a waterproof coating and a flat bottom so it could stand up by itself when you put it down. Currently you have to lean it against something or it falls over.

I bought this bag for my girlfriend as a surprise for college. She absolutely loves it! The color is extremely attractive and stylish, as is the af itself. It fits all of her books and laptop with ample room to spare! It's also a lightweight bag before adding all of your gear. The shoulder straps are Very comfortable and are definitely meant for females. I will be purchasing a similar bag for myself soon!

I use it at my highschool all the time and it is amazing; it is a beautiful backpack--I bought the cosmic blue variety--the color is vibrant.

This is a fantastic backpack for my middle school child. They carry such heavy backpacks! This one helps with the load and is cute too.

I use this product for high school. It's very spacey and convenient!

Would highly recommend this product. Very comfortable. Plenty of room. Holds its shape well, even when packed, so items do not settle to the bottom of the bag throughout the day. Looks great. Kept out the rain. Definitely glad I purchased.

Keeps computer dry

Bought this backpack for my daughter to use in high school. Every year I buy a backpack and by the end of the school year it is dirty and needs replacing. This one looks very durable and will most likely be used for several years without getting worn out and dirty looking.

My parents bought me this backpack for school because my old one was getting too small. The Borealis perfectly fits all my books and folders, and still looks slim and stylish.

The padded, soft-interior front pocket was a feature I have been looking for some time. I always used to end up throwing my phone and glasses in any available pocket in my old backpack, which would lead to scratching and cracking in a few cases. This pocket is at the top, so nothing will crush your delicate belongings, large enough to fit multiple things, and extremely accessible.

I bought from north face again because my first north face back pack lasted me 15 years and stayed fashionable that entire time. The brand means quality

This back pack seems to be well made. It also has a nice look that is not to flashy and great for my high school age son. It fits the books and supplies that he needs to carry around as his locker is not readily available at school.

I had an older North Face Borealis backpack beforethis and it has lasted until now (it is just dirty from a lot of use and still in great condition) I just wanted a new one and I am very happy with it. I will always use North Face for when I need anew backpack.

This backpack just took me, my Nikon, and other essentials to Central and Southwest Asia and back! It held up great and kept my stuff safe despite the dirt and dust. Durable yet comfortable construction that feels great whether your wearing a t-shirt or a flak jacket...and it looks good too!
