This pack is amazingly comfortable, and works really well for normal day use as well as going out on a hike.

I received this backpack as a birthday present back in middle school and my backpack is still in decent condition after seven years. Unfortunately I have to get a new one because the support of the backpack is giving away because of wear and tear. I highly recommend this backpack I have taken this backpack with me basically everywhere: New York, Atlanta, all over Florida and more. The backpack holds a good amount without overloading your backpack. As a petite woman it is nice to have a backpack that is made smaller in order to meet my needs. Thank you North Face!

Great school backpack for my high school daughter; roomy enough to carry all her stuff but not so large that it overwhelms her. Seems really sturdy and the padded straps make it extremely comfortable for her, also.

This is probably the best backpack I've ever had. I bought it for my freshman year in high school. I'm a junior now and I still use it! It holds a lot of things and the pockets are easily accessible. This bag s very durable and is still in good condition. My only complaint was that it got dirty quickly, but I guess that's what you get when you choose a mint green bag. I would totally buy this backpack again!!!

The bag itself is really comfortable. the padded straps and backing causes no pain at all. the backpack is very durable and stylish.

Bought this for an Xmas gift for my daughter; she loves it! It's just the right size for ladies - with good padding for her notebook, and well constructed. It was also a much better price here on Zappos than other retail outlets. The only reason for 4 stars in style is that she really wanted a grey bag or grey & black without other colors & patterns, which I was not able to find - this was the closest. Overall though, excellent purchase, I know it will serve her for many years to come and save wear and tear to her notebook (one has already been damaged in a cute backpack that offered no protection).

I received this backpack as a Christmas gift . I absolutely love it ! It's very padded so carrying it is very comfortable. Lots of different compartments . My laptop doesn't necessarily fit in the designated " sleeve " but it fits in the bag itself and is protected .

My daughter uses for high school back pack. Not too bulky

My daughter wanted this for Christmas, bought it for her and she loved it. It fits all her books, her iPad, all her needs to take to high on a daily basis. Perfect for what she needs. It protects everything. A spot for everything. She is very happy and so am I. Will probably buy another for my son when he gets a little older.

Multiple compartments, some lined to provide better protection. Love the ability to open it flat to go through security at the airport and not have to take my laptop out.
