Great for travel and work. Overall great bag

Overall the backpack is outstanding. The only thing that could be improved is the laptop compartment. Please add a fleece lined compartment on both sides.

I got this for school and it's wonderful has amazing storage nice feel on the shoulders seems high quality I'm impressed.

Great bag for a student in college especially on who has a had a history of back issues like myself.

Great backpack

I use the north face recon for school and work. My favorite aspects of the book bag are how snug it fits to my body and how stylish and durable it is.

Nice backpack

I use this backpack for nursing school since we have to carry around so many books and it eases the pressure off my back by staying in place and not hanging low. Not to mention the color is super cute and I always get comments on it.

I typically use it for school. It carries my laptop and school books along with my other school supplies. I really do enjoy the back of the backpack as it allows air to cool my back. It also really light and not to mention it just looks wonderful.

I use this bag for college, it holds most of my books, granted, I have MANY book. It hold my laptop, pencils, and other necessities suck as my cup, phone, etc

This backpack has saved my back while I am finishing my undergrad degree! With studying engineering, I always have to have my laptop with me, as well as books, calculator, and many other study aides. Also, long days on campus cause me to need to take food in as well. I am a small person, and the Women's Recon is perfect. Although, the zipper on the main pocket could go a little lower, because it is difficult to get to some of the stuff that gets stuck in the bowels of the bag when it is stuffed full.

This backpack is a staple. Do not let the price deter you-it is worth it! High quality time and time again!

My daughter wanted this backpack to start college this year. It fits her stuff well and it is comfortable for her.
