My daughter had a Tallac backpack last year. She chose this one because of the design. The only drawback is the size, which is smaller than the Tallac. Everyone in our family uses North Face backpacks and are sold on their durability and comfort.

I use this backpack primarily to carry my books and laptop around campus, and its basic design makes it simple and easy to use. Very comfortable to wear, and fits everything I need to transport well.

I bought this backpack to use as a first year college student. Haven't been able to test it quite yet, but the quality of the backpack is very good. It appears to be well-made, with lots of storage. I was impressed at the amount of padding on both the straps and the back, so I know that it will be comfortable to carry around campus.

This backpack is perfect for everything I need. It's great for hauling books across campus. It is strong, durable, lightweight, and fashionable! This backpack holds twice as much as it looks like and is by far the best I've ever purchased! The only con is that the shoulder straps are a little uncomfortable, but they are super easy to adjust for maximum comfort. All in all, it is well worth the money!

The base of the backpack is not flat, so it does not stand without falling over. It will even slide to the ground when leaning it against a wall. It is super annoying. Other than that, it is a good backpack.

A little uncomfortable and itchy on the shoulders if you wear a tank top

I really like this backpack I love the colors but you can't set it on the floor or sit it up it falls over so you have to lay it flat on the ground. I really don't like that.

I gave this to my daughter for her trip through Europe, and she loves it! It has plenty of space for everything she needs on the plane, including a pocket for her new Mac. It fits her body well and she plans to use it for college this fall, too. All in all, no complaints, and she's quick to complain if something doesn't work out.

Laptop sleeve fits perfectly, only problem is that the shoulder straps are uncomfortable on bare shoulders

I am a teacher and I use this to store my laptop and other resources I need. Again very practical! I stopped using totes because they would tear or break from textbooks.

I love how comfortable it is. However, I'm worried that the handle might snap.

This backpack is really stylish and has lots of storage within the large actual zipper pockets for smaller items so they aren't just free floating around in your bag...only con for me is that it is a little smaller than i was anticipating from the picture. Still feasible enough that I won't return

I'm a college student and I really wanted a backpack that has enough pockets a water holder and a pocket for my laptop. This backpack and everything that I was looking for and I love the pencil holder as well as other little pockets.

I bought this as a college backpack. It is able to fit a couple folders, a textbook, free reading book, binder and other necessities. It is not a huge heavy duty backpack but I like that because it gives me a reason to not carry so much. I also like the color. It could use more easy access pockets in the front though.

Got this bag because all my friends said it is one of the best bags in the market. Definitely worth the money. I do wish it was a little bigger but I'm fine with the size of the bag. It can carry my MacBook, iPad, and some books without feeling heavy. I would definitely buy another one when I need another one.

I use this backpack for college. I thought it would hold more. It gets bulky easily & I thought it would expand length wise instead outwards away from my back. It is more comfortable than my previous Jansport bag. I enjoy the pockets & laptop slot. My back is a little concave, & the spine of the backpack is quite padded & therefore a little stiff, so there is an awkward gap b/w my lower back & the backpack, but it's not too uncomfortable. I am happy with the color and size.

I had an older model of the same backpack. The way it sits on my back is significantly better but it seems to hold just a little less than before.

I bought this backpack because I had a lot of travel for work coming up. It holds my laptop and a notebook easily in the laptop sleeve. The backpack holds a lot, but it quickly gets heavy (probably mostly due to the laptop - the backpack itself is not that lightweight to begin with, but that's because it has good structure and padding). It's worked really well for me so far. I also really like that the zippered inside pocket has a clip with a long attachment that you can use to hold your keys, or something like that, so that they can't fall out.
