This is a high quality backpack that I just love and will be buying for my kids and my God daughter!

This was a gift for my daughter. She loves it. It carries her books as well as her laptop. She says it has the just the right amount of padding to protect, but not make it bulky.

As with all North Face products, this one does not disappoint. Comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and durable enough to last forever. Would definitely recommend!

I just bought this backpack for my daughter. My other daughter has had hers for three years and loves it. She uses it every day and it wears very well.

I bought this book bag to use for school. I don't have to carry around a lot of books so the smaller pockets are good for me! It's very comfortable and sits at a good spot on my back so it's doesn't make my back hurt when it's completely full of stuff.

This backpack is used primarily around campus. It's comfortable and lightweight and really durable.

I've had a lot of trouble finding a backpack that can withstand the weight of my books for an extended period of time. My previous backpacks, the zippers would break and the straps would start to tear with only a couple of weeks use. This backpack has great construction with sturdy zippers and is holding up beautifully to heavy use.

My older daughter love this backpack. It has a good capacity and it is durable!

Fits everything I need for school and is comfortable.

The backpack is for school, and carrying lots of books around campus. I love the padding in the straps and on the back. I wish the main cavity was larger, but the laptop pocket within that cavity has an extra layer of padding, which I love.

I use it for college and also took it on a family vacation doing a lot of sightseeing.

This was a gift to be used as a day pack.

I bought this backpack for my 12 year old daughter. She has to carry around all of her school books and supplies all day as there are no lockers at her school. She was experiencing major back and neck pain with her old backpack. Her new Northface backpack has made such a difference for her!! She has no back and neck pain and she LOVES it!!! It's super cute, too!

Great backpack for my daughter who is a Freshman in high school. Room for her books, papers, and protection for her Chromebook, yet still sleek and not bulky. She was happy that despite her items being heavy, the backpack was well padded and comfortable.

Before getting this backpack, I used to hate carrying my laptop with me. It made my bag heavy and the straps on my old backpack offered no support. With the Jester backpack, my laptop fits perfectly in the laptop sleeve and due to the extra support in the straps I can carry it around all day without my back feeling strained from all the weight. This backpack also has enough space for me to fit everything I need for the day. I also love that I can use this backpack for school or for a hike.

This is the first backpack I've bought since college. At age 36, its been a while! But have to say the NorthFace Jester backpack is really great. I've been carrying a messenger bag to work as well as a gym bag for after work. These single strap bags we're killing my shoulders. Decided it was time to go back to a backpack. The Jester isn't huge, but has enough room for me to haul both my work stuff and gym clothes plus my laptop and iPad everyday. Its easy to access everything. Super comfortable. And I love the look of the bag. I'd highly recommend it. The only caveat would be on size. If you need more room, you need to bump up in size to a slightly larger bag like the Borealis.

This was a replacement backpack for school and the weight wasn't distributed well and straps were very uncomfortable. This backpack addressed those issues perfectly, couldn't have gotten a better bag.

Very practical solution since I don't drive anymore so I walk or use transit. Purse was not enough, clumsy, and too heavy.
