My granddaughter loves this backpack. She sets her own style, and this suits her style perfectly.

My son uses it as a backpack.

I had a jester backpack for 10 years and it held up tremendously!! Unfortunately, the lining started peeling a few months ago and would stick to everything. I brought it to the north face store, and they helped me send it in for warranty repairs/replacement. I didn't need my receipt or proof of purchase, it was so easy. Since I had bought my jester so many years ago, they didn't have the style/color combo to replace the backpack, so instead they sent me a gift card for the value of the backpack. So awesome!! After 10 years of owning this backpack and using it every day through high school, college, and now my job, this company still stands by their "lifetime warranty". I will never buy a backpack from anywhere else!!

This backpack is being used by my grandson for school. He is a Senior in high school and he knew he needed a backpack that could hold up to the demands of school and sports. When he got his backpack we were so impressed with the quality of the bag and the room in the backpack that I purchased North Face backpacks for his sister, brother and both cousins. His mom was so impressed I bought her one too. Now the entire family has one for school, work, sports and everyday life. So when I say we would buy this backpack over and over again I meant it! So many styles to choose from that everyone got the perfect backpack for their needs.

My new Freshman athlete purchased a NF backpack last year and loves it! Sturdy, roomy, and perfect for her tiny frame. This year, she fell in love with the larger size and hydration holder, so now we are the proud owners of 2 of their amazing backpacks!

This backpack is the perfect size for my laptop and notebooks.

Jester gets it done withe all the bells and pockets my high schooler needs. The top pocket and the side pockets are perfect for the phone, headphones and water bottle storage. Could not ask for a better product.

My teenage son has been hard on backpacks and we need something that is large, durable and won't show wear and tear. This backpack is awesome! My daughter has had hers for two years and it is still in great condition, now my son has one too. Great product!

This bag was everything i expected and more ! Very Comfortable & has enough space for everything . Very roomy & it may look a little small but it has alot of room and compartments .

I've used several kinds of backpacks and none are more durable or comfortable than my north face ones. I have one for College and one for travel.

I bought this for my son to start school with. We are very impressed with the quality of the backpack and durability. After reading the information about the back pack, I am sure it will last him the rest of school career. He is going into seventh grade and am pretty sure it will get him through the rest of middle and high school. I was even more impressed that North Face offers lifetime warranty on the product!!! Not many companies do that!!

I bought This backpack because I'm a college student and I'm so excited to use it. I've always wanted a north face and now i have one and I'm happy. It's durable and seems like it'll last a long time.

Bought this for my daughters 8th grade year and so far it has held up wonderfully!

We.bought each of our kids these for school .Best backpacks we have ever bought our kids .Their is so much room and the quality is great .We have recommended this to our family and friends .

I use the bag as a school bookbag . I enjoy all the space it has and all the room inside it.

I bought a Borealis backpack for my daughter about 5 years ago. It has lasted though 5 years of college. She takes it everywhere. She travels with the soccer team and uses as an overnight bag and carries her laptop in it. Still uses it to this day. I bought a Jester for my 2nd daughter about 3 years ago. Same thing , used in college, carries laptop and loves it. 2nd daughter said the best thing she likes is the straps. They are nice and thick and don't hurt her back. Onto child #3 , I just bought a Jester for my son who will be starting 10th grade in the Fall. Hopefully, he can make his last just as long. All the backpacks are holding up well.

This backpack is so durable you shouldn't even have to buy a new one for years to come. It came on time, it was exactly what I ordered and its perfect. Fits all my stuff without it being so bulky.
