These pair of boots has decent grip on ice (even wet icy terrain) oil greasy are easily flush away on the outsole, but dirt and dust might be difficult to be removed from upper hide.

These are the best boots for work, great comfort and long wear

The only cross trainers that have worked out of the box have been Reebok so I thought I would give these a try for boots and I am not disappointed. Fit great and require no break in.

My husband has worn 2-3 pairs of socks to help cushion his feet in every boot we ever bought. I'm surprised and happy to say he only wears 1 pair with these. The fit and comfort, for 10 hour shifts, is perfect.

Just had them for a week and love them. Very comfortable with no break in period. Will definitely buy again.

Boots fit great and comfortable no break in period needed.. Out of the box and have been wearing them for a week no pain no blisters.

I contacted Reebok and was informed that Warson Brands is the supplier of their Rapid Response military boot. I have worked outside for more than 40 years and have always had to wear safety toe boots. The 6 inch style is by far the best wearing boot/shoe ever. I wish I found them years ago. I will be ordering a third pair soon. Thanks Frank F.

I just wanted to let you know the Reebok Work Duty Men's Rapid Response RB RB8694 6" Tactical Boot that I purchased from Amazon are one of the best investments I have made of late. I wear the shoes in my field (I am a shipbuilder) and have appreciated the comfort and durability. But this past weekend I was helping a friend reshingle his roof while wearing the boots. We tore out the skylight and ran felt paper over the two for by four foot opening. We marked the spot where the skylight was and then broke for lunch. When we went back on the roof, I went to get a tool for my friend that was at the top of the roof. Coming back down I failed to notice where the skylight was. I stepped on the opening and fell about 14 feet down into their kitchen. I landed on my heels and ended up on my but! I really don't remember what happened! But all I ended up with were some scrapes and soreness, no broken bones! When I went to the doctor to get checked out, he couldn't believe I didn't break my legs, ankles or bones in my feet. He wanted to know what kind of shoes I had on.....So I told him. I don't know if it was the shoes, but if it was this 60 year old man is grateful!

I have used these boots for work for the last two years. From solar farms in Arizona to oil fields in North Dakota, these boots have been through it all. I've also used them for hiking, shoveling snow, and pretty much any other time I've needed comfort and support for my ankles that I didn't treat very well in the Military. I'm only now considering buying another pair, and I'll be sure get this exact model again. Until then, these boots have got a lot of fight left in them.

Wouldn't have any other pair of shoes I love them I wear combat boots in these that's it

great shoe, versatile & lightweight yet very durable. Comfortable for all day use in industrial work environment. Like the zipper/velcro/lace situation, as it provides a range of methods for putting shoes on & removing. looking forward to the current pair's long lifespan and expect I'll be ordering another pair.

I've worn this style for the last 7 years, loved them. However this last pair I bought , the foot sole composition has changed. They have a cheap sound while walking indoors. Like a cheap pair of crocs. My old pairs don't have that cheap croc sound. The slip resistance is not what it used to be either. Seems like the outer soles are more plastic and less rubbery than previous pairs. Hopefully this is a one off issue and not the new standard. Or I'll be buying some other manufacture product.

As 6 inch composite safety toe boots go these have surprisingly high rating qualities. Pros: lightweight, comfortable, great for wide feet, great ankle support, side zipper if you want or need it, breathable, decently grippy outsole. Cons: the width is truly wide so you really want to make sure you fill out the boot otherwise you will have slop, I have no need or want for the side zip and for my pair the zippers did not stay zipped up. I ended up super glueing them closed. The outsole is incredibly grippy which makes it not very wear resistant at all. I've torn some of the lugs and it's barely been 3 weeks. My use is on commercial and large residential job sites as an electrician. Maybe the use of these boots were more intended for lighter work? One last thing is purely a cosmetic thing but it drives me nuts. I wanted to were these casually as well with shorts and I don't feel that I can, all because the way the toung of the boot interfaces with the rest of the boot. The toung rests super high above the top of the boot and flops around. Even after loosing the laces and stuffing the toung back down the toung works its way up an out. Literally looks silly. All in all though 4 stars.

I bought a pair of these boots earlier in the year after several of my coworkers said how comfortable they were. We generally work 10 hours a day 6 days a week. I would have to agree that these are some of the most comfortable boots I have owned. Although, they dont last long. I am only about 9 months into these boots and the soles are worn through to the foam. One boot the sold cracked across the ball of my foot only a few months into having them. The tongue is really annoying and is always flopping out and catching on my pants. I removed the foam and it did not help. Make sure to size down. I usually wear 11.5 to 12 and had to get a size 10.5W. I do like these boots so much that I am buying another pair of Reebok work boots.

Awesome durability, I beat shoes up like no other and these are still holding tough 6 years later (although I did lose a zipper tooth on the left one like 3 years in and have to finesse up, and the zip seal falls apart really easy when it flexes but stays fixed to the ankle while the ykk's up top so whatever). But, man, on the slip proof, I just got a summer gig at a restaurant and I've taken a spill 3 times wearing these things in the first week around the dishpit and while mopping. I'm trying to figure out what to do with them to improve the slip resistance on the diy cause I really love these boots, but definitely be careful/warned out of the box.

Wonderful shoes and of course what real man does not approve of the Coyote or Tan color. The only issue is due to appearance of the suede they soon start to look more at home at the homeless shelter than inside a combat environment.
