Super disappointed. I had really high hopes for this shoe. I'm pretty consistently a size 9. However, although the straps fit very well and comfortably, the footbed was slightly too short, and my toes extended past the front of the shoe. I returned those and ordered a 9.5. This time, the footbed was appropriately sized, but all the straps across the top were so loose there were significant gaps between them and my feet as though the leather straps formed arches over each foot. Otherwise, the shoes seem well-made and if I could combine elements from each size, I believe they would have been comfortable.

Too small: boo. I really liked these, and they seemed like they'd be comfortable if they were big enough.

I had to return this shoe as they were uncomfortable for my foot. No arch support. Very little cushion. The angle of the shoe left my mid-foot suspended in the air. And, it seemed to be poorly constructed. It's too bad because the style of the shoe is excellent, but the construction is lagging.

They sent me extremely used shoes! I waited a month and a half for $149.00 worth of brand new shoes and I got a used pair!!!! I have been Shopping with this company for a few years and this is the second time in over the course of two months that this is happened.
