I really love those bras, i can barely feel them and they are perfect for everyday life to hiking. I didn't like when it's too tight, but with this bra it's just the right amount of tightness (and softness!). I took medium size which is perfect, I wear 36B, 145 pounds and 5 foot 6 (1.68m).
