Finally...A pair of shoes that feels as perfect after actual wearing as they did when I first put them on. Having so many problems with my feet (bunions, low arches, recurrent tendonitis, etc) I have so much difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable. Often, I buy a pair that seems great, and then I wear them to work for a week, or go for a long walk and regret that I bought them. These are simply perfect! I wore them to NYC on a 3-hour walking tour only 4 days after they were purchased. NO FOOT PAIN! I wear a size 6 1/2-7 and the 37 fit perfectly. Just the right amount of arch support - A nice amount of wiggle room in the toe box but also snug enough in the heel(mine is narrow). Wish they were dressy enough for work - I may get another pair. I love them!

I bought these shoes for a trip that involved a lot of walking and they performed beautifully without breaking in. The shoes are a great hybrid between comfort and style. The cushioning and arch support of this shoe is similar to those of ECCO's golf or heavy duty walking shoes, but they are much more stylish. I have high arches and still replaced the insoles with my own, but probably could have worn them with the original liners, which have more arch support than typical ECCO liners. Yes, they do look a little like bowling shoes, but they're cute with skinny jeans, leggings and other casual ankle-bearing pants. I bought them in the warm grey/moon rock color combination. The effect is somewhere between brown and grey, which makes them very versatile (especially for traveling), since they work well with a lot of different colors. SIzewise, the 38 fit my 7-7.5 size feet well. I'm very happy with my purchase!

WOW...these shoes rock. First let me say that other reviews are invaluable to my selection process. Like most, I was looking for a super comfy shoe that wasn't a gym shoe. I'm taking a trip to our Nations capital, which will put a walking shoe to the test. I toggled between these and the Ahnu Leather. Both were fab but the Chase was eventually the winner. They do have HIGH arches, the highest I've ever seen in a shoe (and I have custom orthotics). No need for my orthotics in this shoe. I wear a straight up 8 in every shoe, a 9 in gym and hiking. 39 fit me perfect, roomier in the toe area but snug in the heel. Lightweight and retro looking, which I like. I'm looking forward to testing these out on my upcoming vacation. Thanks Zappos for having such a vast variety for us to choose from.

I love this shoe. I wanted something more feminine than my normal sneaker. I'm going on vacation to the UK and I wanted something i could walk around in. I broke them in before the trip, by wearing them around. it's a great shoe, lots of arch support, and a nice color. Someone actually thought they were Gucci because they saw the "cc" from Ecco. I'm 5'10" 155lbs. I bought the 42 size, which is 11-11.5 and I'm glad i went with that size. For narrow, i have M, and they are narrow. I have skinny feet so it was fine. I'm excited to wear these on my trip!

Love these shoes but I have a wide foot and they are a little tight.

I bought these in the color "moon rock." I LOVE these shoes! I never love shoes. I love the fit, the comfort and the style. I have never gotten so many unsolicited compliments on my shoes before. I am about 75lbs overweight and am always on the search for good looking comfortable shoes with adequate arch support - I found found Ecco and will be in the market for other colors and styles for sure.

I bought them in "marine" (navy blue)and they look really good with skinny jeans rolled-up at the bottom. Perfect for walking the dog, playing with the little one at the park or running errands on week-ends. They are comfortable with/without socks and they don't look like "sports-sneakers".

Runs small. I wear 8.5 and 39 euro is too small.

Hoped that this would run a little narrow, as it looked narrow in the store. Unfortunately, it was still too wide for me.

I purchased these shoes based on other reviews. I was going to Italy and wanted a comfortable stylish walking shoe. These were great! Walked 4+ miles a day with no issues. They are very light, and go with everything. I ordered size 39 which fit perfectly wearing a thin sock giving me a little room at the toe area (usually I am caught between sizes with Euro shoes. 40 too big and 39 to small). These were perfect for me. They are naturally wide which also works for me so if you have narrow feet there may be too much room for you. I highly recommend these shoes!

Good looking walking shoe. The warm grey is a lovely neutral color. Fit was just a little wide for my foot.

Love this shoe, is the most comfortable -- can walk forever without a bit of problems. I purchased the marine and it looks so cute with rolled up jeans. As always I love zappos - how do they get shoes to you so fast$

I really like the fit of these shoes.They are a good-looking and more structured alternative to sneakers, with good arch support. A more interesting color, also, versus standard beige, brown, white or black.

Love Love Love Love these shoes!!!! I have them in two colors, and they are perfect. Requires zero break in period, the soles don't squeak when they get wet, they are soft, supportive, and comfortable. These are the only shoes I own that I don't need to kick off the instant I get home from work. Highly recommend!

These are very comfortable for wide feet. They provide more support than expected and a fun color, not too shiny but nice.

This is my second pair of this style. Last year I walked all over Montreal in my black pair...it was wonderful! This new pair is comfortable too, but not quite as much. Don't know if there has been a change in the footbed materials or what, but I put one on each foot and the original pair is still more cushy. That being said, I'd still buy these again.

This is an attractive pair of shoes with nice leather. The red is true red, but not too red. They rub a little at the back, but I expect they will break in fine. Eccos wary quite a bit...sometimes they're super comfortable from the get-go, but other times they need some break-in.

It looks nice. I thought it would be a flat tennis shoe. I felt like it was a good 2 inch high. That might work for some people.

Very cute shoe. I'm a pretty consistent size 7.5 / Euro 38. I tried these in 38 and they were very long in the toe box - but felt good in the width. I ordered them in the size 37. Toe box a much better fit without a large amount of shoe in front of my toes, but the shoe then felt tight. I have a medium to wide-ish foot and short toes: definitely not a narrow foot. They are probably too narrow for my feet. I really liked them though.

I have a high arch and these were comfortable right out of the box. I am planning on getting more colors. Love these shoes!

These fit wonderfully and are so comfortable for walking. I wear orthotics, the insole comes out and my orthotics fit perfectly. My foot size is 11/1/2 AA and these are perfect.

Bought these shoes based on online recommendations for a 2 week trip to the Balkans in September. Have been "breaking them in" and so far, so good. Have a history of plantar fasciitis in one foot and the arch support is fine. The size has been perfect. I'll do an update after I return from my trip.

I can always depend on Ecco shoes to be comfortable for my multiple foot problems. Red color is fun.

I wanted a comfortable shoe that was slightly dressier than my Pearl Izumi sneakers that I wear every single day. Love the warm red color of these Eccos. Love that they look like bowling shoes. My orthotics fit in them very well. I do have small fiber neuropathy, so these don't have as much padding as I need in order to walk for more than a couple blocks. But I like wearing them to dinners and movies and events where no walking is called for and sneakers feel too sloppy. I wear a 9.5 medium and the 9.5 in these fit perfectly.
