This shoes does not work for me, it's way too narrow and uncomfortable, have to return it.

look good but larger than stated size

they look good, but much bigger than expected

My husband loves this shoe but the past 2 times we ordered it, it was defective and we had to return it for another pair. The topside where the laces are has 2 flaps of leather and one side is bigger or higher than the other causing pain.

Cocoa Brown is mottled! and looks old and distressed. Easily 48 not 47 sizing

Much more casual-looking that photo would imply (and more casual than most similar shoes in this price range). Has a removable insert, unlike most Ecco shoes, which tends to fall out when removing shoe. Tighter fit than Ecco shoes I've owned; I'm used to getting a full size smaller for Eccos.
