I wanted to love this shoe. But, it just isn't comfortable. Much too stiff. First, I ordered my normal size 7, which fit like an 8. So, I exchanged for a 6 1/2. It didn't work either. Hope someone else has better luck because they are so cute!

Super cute but unfortunately I had to return them. The tongue seems longer than other athletic shoes and rubs against the top of my foot.

Cute. Moderate support. Seemed small.

The shoes were a little snug, so you'd have to wear thin socks if you want to go with your shoe size. These sneakers are really comfortable to walk in and I like that the toe box it's too puffy/bulky-looking.

Love these shoes. Just what I need for the white sneaker trend this summer. Also love the extra padding at the heel for added height! My only complaint: If I'm walking for an extended time, it's painful for my big and pinky toe because I have wide feet and these shoes are quite narrow. Hopefully after a few more wears, I'll break into them. For now, I'll have to resort to band aids and moleskin bandages.

I LOVE these-- gorgeous leather, just a teensy bit of subtle bling, great cushioning and support, BUT they really are too narrow. NOT a medium. The length was true, but my forefoot was very squished. I'm very disappointed.

The pictures don’t depict the “already worn” look that this shoe actually has. The fit was tts but the style wasn’t for me. Back they go...

I really wanted to love these shoes. They were exactly what I was looking for. The thing that was a deal breaker for me was the arch support. The slight bump in the sole was too much for me. It was uncomfortable to walk on. I just couldn't get used to it. Sadly, I had to return them, but the return process was wonderful. I love Zappos!

Simple white sneaker with gold accent on the heel. Arch support was too firm & didn't feel comfortable. Unfortunately, these shoes are going back.

I was looking forward to wearing these but ended up disappointed. The shoes fit about a half size to a size smaller than labeled.

I bought these Kenneth Cole NY Kam sneakers in the black and white floral print in my usual shoe size. They fit my smaller foot (usually a 9) but I could barely get them on my larger foot (usually a 9.5). I was surprised! Also, they were fairly narrow, which suits me, but I would think they would be too narrow for most medium foot people. The fatal flaw for me was that the outsole was SLIPPERY! It slid around on my hardwood floor and on my carpet. How can sneakers be slippery??? I was shocked, and I'm returning them. Too bad because they're quite attractive.

I like Kenneth Cole shoes, however this is the most uncomfortable shoe I have owned in a long time. The leather is not smooth inside where the lacing begins. There is no amount of "wearing in" that will take care of it. Waste of money.
