Excellent service! Good price, great selection, free shipping both ways, you can't go wrong. The first pair I ordered were a half size too small, so all I had to do was print out a return label and send them back. They sent me a new pair before I even mailed out the pair that didn't fit! Called on the phone to make sure everything was all set and spoke with a real person who even spoke English! Great company highly recommend!

Great boots! I ordered these on a Saturday and received them on a Tuesday. We live very rural so I was surprised with the crazy fast shipping. My husband loves these boots, he says they are extremely comfortable. This is my first time ordering from zappos, I am very happy and will definitely be back!

These boots are very nice! Lightweight and paerproof, perfect for what I needed.My 3rd pair of Ariats, but not my last.

I'd go with lace ups in the future. boot feels great, but my narrow feet slosh a bit too much in them. Great quality and feel though on materials. I'll probably do a insert in them to take up space and lock my heal in more.

I have duck feet: 7.5 EE to 3E in the toebox, but normal(ish) sized ankles.These boots were too narrow in the toebox for me and wayy too wide in the ankles.

Good pair of boots

I purchased these as a gift for my husband and he has worn them almost every day since receiving them! They look good, they are wide enough for his wide foot (I did get the wide option) and they go well with khakis and jeans.

Great fit, great for work

Great fitting and comfortable right out of the box. Plenty of room in the toe box and they look nice, too. Since I work in a variety of conditions, I need steel toes and electrical hazard protection....waterproof is an added advantage. Will report back after a few months to let you know how they are holding up.

Great working boots

Ariat is the best brand boot I’ve owned. I’ve had Georgia’s, Bean Boots, Rocky’s, and Timberlands. This is a quality product and most comfortable I’ve ever worn.

My Son wears a 12 usually but I believe these run big so we ordered an 11 and they fit well. They are very stiff and offer good support. He works around horses and equipment and these offer good protection and the water resistant is a great feature. The color is really a rich brown, good looking.
