I usually wear the Terrain water proof and the Heritage Roper. This boot is tighter across the top of the foot on a higher instep foot even in the wide width. Typical excellent Ariat easy break in and comfort. Good for work, riding and pretty detailing for going straight from work to town. Just fit differently so not as comfortable for 10+ hour work days. The sole also is slick when on wet concrete/asphalt. Overall good boot.

My wife loves them. She had bought this exact pair back in the winter and they became her favorite everyday boot and shoe in general.. She raved about them being the most comfortable boot she has ever owned. She loved them and their comfort so well that she wanted another pair to wear for good. So I surprised her with the new pair She worries that this particular boot will be discontinued and with finally finding a pair that she loves; shes trying to keep them replaced and bought up just in case. Lol

I am new to wearing boots and I wanted something that I could wear all day but also wear with a nice top and jeans to go out in and these were exactly that. They are very comfortable. I ordered my normal size and were not tight at all. I love the color and the pink accents at the top. Would definitely recommend.

I work on concrete floors for 11+hrs a day, and these are one of the few boots that don't kill my feet! I typically need to wear inserts in my shoes but I don't have any with these and I have no issues! They keep my feet dry on snowier mornings! And the leather stands to the test! I am not kind to it and it holds up! Even with the leather partially cut into my feet still stay dry!!

Love these boots. Theyre very comfortable, second to my Ariat paddock boots. True to size and easy to break in.

My wife wanted these as a Christmas gift. Order took less than a week. She absolutely Loves them. Very comfortable and well made. Now Im thinking I need to put a pair of Ariat boots to the test myself. Which ones to choose is my only problem.

Im a size 8 but because of the round toe I ordered 8c for the extra wiggle room. 1st time wearing boots so I had to find the right socks. It took a a while to get used to the back sliding up a little. I really thought of returning them I have them a chance and I just love them. The comfort the way you dress them up or not.

These boots were attractive and the sole gripped the surface so I didnt' feel like I was going to slip and fall. Unfortunately, they caused my right ankle to overpronate. Oddly, the left was fine. Perhaps it was a problem with the manufacturing of the one boot. Otherwise I would have kept them. They have a wide toe box and easily accomodated my tailor's bunion.

I love the look of the boots. Sizing is a little tricky. I usually get a 10 in boots even though I'm somewhere between a 9 and 9 1/2. I do that. because I like to wear socks with my boots. I read the reviews that said that these boots run large. Because of that, I initially bought a 9, but those were slightly too small. I returned them and bought a 9 1/2 and they fit perfectly. They do need time to break in because they are stiff. I get a lot of compliments on them.

I've had these boots over 5 years now, they wear like steel. Super comfortable I do everything from yard work to running around in them. They have stretched a bit over the years but nothing a thick pair of socks can't fix. These are my go to work boots, worth every penny!

Definitely dark than the picture. They're the dark brown color in the video. I still love them. They're really cute in person and I know from my other Ariats the more you where them in the better they look. True to size. Toe bed runs a little more on the narrow side, and I have narrow feet, so move up a size if your foot tends to run wider.

these boots grew on me and now i love them! i almost returned because at first i thought they would be too stiff, but i wore them around the house for a day and realized they would be easy to break in. versatile and sturdy.

Love the boots! I just wish there was a water proof option. Also, the comfort for me was off, but that's because I needed a wide width boot.

I Love this boot best of all Ariat styles and fit. Except, I need to be able to use my orthotics, and can't remove the footbed. It would be 5 star comfort, overall and style if I could use my orthotics.

After ordering and trying several Ariat AND Justin boots from Zappos (CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW I APPRECIATE ZAPPOS FREE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS. THAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK. THANK YOU!!!!!), I found this particular boot to be the most comfortable. The only down side I personally think, is that the shaft is just a little to long (for me, what I was looking for). This makes it a little harder tho get on/off comparing to a shorter shaft boot. (needless to say). May get better once the boot is broken in. So with that said, overall, they are just a little stiff. Otherwise it is definitely worth trying. Looks very nice, traditional, simple barn boot. Nothing fancy, but still achieves that cute appeal.

I am always an 8 and these were just too tight. The length was fine but the boot pressed down on the top of my foot. It was very uncomfortable. Also, the stitching is PINK!! It looks white in the photo and I do not see anywhere in the description or reviews that the stitching is pink :( I would have gotten a half size larger if it had actually been white.

I love these boots for their comfort and look. I downgraded a star due to the fact that I have owned them for awhile, do not abuse them, oil them with Neetsfoot as needed, and yet the leather is pulling away from the sole. At this price I feel as if they should have lasted longer. That being said, I will probably repurchase. Mostly because most boots are so silly looking and not practical.

Beautiful boot. Tight in the toes and not much room for a high arch. Otherwise great boots.

Loved, loved, loved the fit and would have made this my forever boot except the shaft is too narrow. If you actually have an athletic build, go with the Heritage Roper, a bit more room for your calf. And Ariat, if you are listening, we farm girls have muscles. Please accommodate.

These boots were bought in July and I only wear them for 2-4 hours a week! Very comfortable but They will not last long. It's almost like the soles are just rubbing down flat.

Wow......these boots are super tight and snug fitting. I usually wear the Ariat Fat Baby boot in the same size and these Roper Boots were no where close to the same size or fit. Super cute but RUNS SMALL!

These are great looking and put together a nice laid back western look. I typically wear them for light yard work too, so they get a good worn in look. They are not comfortable to wear for long periods of walking around in. Which is why I gave them 3 stars. I expect better comfort from ariat and for the price.

The boots fit my daughter well and are comfortable. She had the same pair back in 2022 and they held up well on the exterior but the soles inside fell apart making them uncomfortable. She asked for a duplicate replacement pair which we bought less than three months ago and the soles are already coming apart so she's not wanting to wear them. Zappos said there was nothing they could do for us at this point. This is the first time we've had a bad customer service experience.
