They are pretty cute, as pictured, but run 1/2 size too small. I am sending them back. There is also no cushioning or arch support.

I was very excited to receive these shoes, as they are super cute, stylish and feminine. However, after only a couple hours of wearing these they dug into both of my pinky toes to the point that it was unbearable! I have narrow feet as are ideal for this shoe, and it was certainly the right size - it is simply uncomfortable. Others may still have a better experience though since we all have different feet. Side note, Zappos was wonderful and understanding about my dissatisfaction.

I bought this to replace a series of other puma shoes (latest of which were soleil), but these are no where near as comfortable. The soles are so stiff that it's hard to walk in them. My heel moves a lot. On the plus side, I think there's more arch support, but I would not recommend these to anyone replacing their old pumas.

The sole style is too narrow and causes your feet to roll outward. I thought they looked cool but they make you feel unstable.

I was hoping I would be the exception to some of the reviews I read but unfortunately -no. It's true about the heel. It is a cute shoe but the fit results in your heel coming out with each step. It's just not a functional shoe. I will be returning.

My order processed very quickly and I received my shoes in less than 5 business days. The shoes I received are wider than the standard medium width I ordered. They are also very loose in the heel area and the tongue of the shoe over extends all the way up to my ankle (which is why I will give a 2 rating for overall and comfort). I ordered these shoes in the hopes of replacing a very similar pair of Pumas I had bought in a shoe store 2 years ago. I love the style but these shoes definitely do not fit like my current pair. I will return these and order a replacement pair.

These shoes have absolutely zero flexibility in the sole making them difficult to walk in. Heel slips off with each step. Returning them. Disappointed.

I am not happy about it the shoelaces are too fragile the width of the Tenny shoe is not big enough. The material song sheep. I am not happy about it.

I was really looking forward to these shoes after reading all the glowing reviews about how perfect they were for Zumba, my reason for purchasing, and they arrived sooner than expected so that was awesome. But as soon as I put them on all my dreams were dead. I liked how simple they look and there is plenty of room in the toe box. Thus concludes my list of positives. I fit in most medium widths but not this time, the shoe was so narrow my feet felt suffocated. I think this contributed to the arch support problems I was having. This shoe has a huge padded arch but it felt like someone had stuffed a tennis ball in the arch and I found it painful to stand let alone walk around. In addition to that issue, once on and laced they looked like I was trying to shove a size 10 into a size 5. Caused ham feet - not attractive. I have never seen shoes that make my feet look lumpy and clunky before - and I have a size 10! I guess I cannot say that anymore. Also, the shoes were very loose around the ankles, I did not walk out of them, but I did not get any support from them either. So in summation - if you have narrow feet and need massive amounts of arch support, give these a shot. If not, purchase at your own risk. I may have received a funky pair, but all I can do is report my experience. I am returning and trying my luck with a different brand/shoe.

My shoe size is 8 so that's what I bought and when I walk they slide off my heels and I could use a wider width, I love the shoes, they felt good. I just need a wider width.

I've bought this shoe several times and it was always true to size but not this time. The 7 feels like an 8.

They look very neat and match with jeans, leggings, or sweat pants. They extremely light! However they SOOOO uncomfortable. They are very stiff and too low. My heal kept slipping of and I've got blisters after 10 minuets of walking! I am walking and hiking a lot so they are big NO! I had another pair of Puma sneakers and they were like walking bare footed. There fore I do not recommend.
