I so wanted to love these shoes. I had old pair of Pumas, that were a bit big, so I ordered a 1/2 size smaller. They felt roomy in the front, but slid completely off my heel. I called Zappos and the return process was easy and so I got a different size. This time they were too tight in the toe and STILL slid off my heel. :( Customer service was FANTASTIC both times! Yesterday, I even got a hand written note from someone in customer service thanking me and hoping that things worked out for me. I have since found a different brand on the Zappos website and should be receiving them today. I hope these ones work, but if not, I know the return will be EASY! 5+ stars for Zappos customer service!

These shoes are very comfortable once they are worn in. I have narrow feet and they fit perfectly, I can see if your feet are wider they may not be right for you. They are a little stiff at first, but once they are broken in, they will be great. The arch support is extreme, but I liked that.

This is an adorable shoe; however, the heel and surrounding sides are very wide. My heel slips up and down when I walk. I bought an 8 initially then exchanged them for my real size of 7.5 and my heel still slipped.

I bought these to wear for my morning workouts on carpet at home. My feet need good arch support so bare feet were not the best option. These give me the support I need and I adore the puma.

First time of wearing they felt a little weird. My heel seemed to be lower than the rest of my foot but I think it is just that there is nothing much under the heel, like a sneaker. It does give a lot of arch support. After a day I am used to wearing them and they are very comfortable though the tongue does slip over to the side.

I so wanted to keep this sneaker, but it was too low and wide in the ankle for me. A smaller size would have been too small as I felt the shoe was an accurate length. There is arch support, but I wouldn't use the shoe to walk any long distance. The overall look was great, slim and modern, but I didn't care for the flat laces. And on the first pair delivered, the lace eye was broken, so I had to exchange. (Thank you Zappos for making that so easy and painless!) Overall, lovely looking sneaker, I'm just jealous it doesn't work for me.

I got these in a black suede a few years ago and they were very comfortable. Unfortunately, they don't seem to come in suede any longer and I didn't want an all leather shoe. I liked them because of the non-clumpy looking sole and the lower cut, and non-shiny logo stripe. I don't go in for all or majority white or multi colored sneakers.

I waited for a LONG time for this shoe to restock so I was excited when I got the chance to buy these for dance class. After wearing them for 2 hours of dance rehearsal, a shoe lace tab broke, so I had to sadly return them after day 1.

I really really love these shoes except one reviewer was correct - the heel is too big. They fit perfectly everywhere else, but I walk right out of them. I hate to return these.

These didn't work for me...sleek and light, but very stiff in the sole

I wanted these shoes for my TaiChi practice. The style was perfect. The moderate arch support was good and the width in the footbed felt secure. The sides of the shoe are low around the ankle and I couldn't lace them tight enough to keep my heel from coming up. So, sadly, I had to return them.

This shoe was so cute! However they slipped off my heal with and without socks. Also to tight at the top inside.

Good looking shoe but the "string" attachments for the laces is not a good design=too fragile

I was missing my old Puma Speed cats from about 10 years back and since these look similar, I decided to try these. There is so much padding/arch support inside the shoe, it is extremely uncomfortable to walk in. I tried to break them in indoors in case I needed to return them. Because I liked the style so much, I kept trying to break then in to no avail. I'm past the point of returning these. Sadly, they turned out to be a waste of money. Not pleased with Puma; however, amazing/fast Zappos service...just wish they'd let frequent shoppers return worn merchandise occasionally.

I like the shoes. They are very comfortable. They are a nice color. I brought the black. My only complaint is while walking you can hear some type of noise like a rock or pebble stuck in the sole of the shoe. We have checked the bottom of the shoes and were unable to find anything. Needless to say the noise will drive you crazy. They are cute comfortable shoes that will be sitting in the closet. I do not think that I will be buying Pumas again for me or anyone in the family.

I am in the process of returning these. I did not like the fact that the shoe has a weird raised heel on it that is more narrow that the rest of the bottom. It is a nice shoe overall but not what I thought it was.

These felt larger than my actual shoe size. No huge problem. The problem I do find is that they kept slipping off the heel of my foot. Also, they kind of stretch on the upper sides when I step. I am not sure if that will stop when I break into them but I cant chance it and will be returning these shoes. I don't want to suffer huge regret when I go walking all over China, which is why I purchased them. I will find a better pair. Sucks because I like the style of Puma shoes.

I hoped to love these shoes, but they arrived damaged and it's a design flaw - the loops for the shoelaces are very weak and break easily, clearly. Both pairs I ordered came with broken (open) loops, rendering the shoelaces useless. Puma should make the loops MUCH stronger so they stay intact - just tying the shoes tightly can cause the loops to break open and then the shoes are kind of useless. Oh well. It's too bad as they are very comfortable, though run a half size small. I recommend ordering up a half size if you're getting these.

Darling shoes but my heel kept coming out. Just too big.

They are pretty cute, as pictured, but run 1/2 size too small. I am sending them back. There is also no cushioning or arch support.

I was very excited to receive these shoes, as they are super cute, stylish and feminine. However, after only a couple hours of wearing these they dug into both of my pinky toes to the point that it was unbearable! I have narrow feet as are ideal for this shoe, and it was certainly the right size - it is simply uncomfortable. Others may still have a better experience though since we all have different feet. Side note, Zappos was wonderful and understanding about my dissatisfaction.

I bought this to replace a series of other puma shoes (latest of which were soleil), but these are no where near as comfortable. The soles are so stiff that it's hard to walk in them. My heel moves a lot. On the plus side, I think there's more arch support, but I would not recommend these to anyone replacing their old pumas.

The sole style is too narrow and causes your feet to roll outward. I thought they looked cool but they make you feel unstable.

I was hoping I would be the exception to some of the reviews I read but unfortunately -no. It's true about the heel. It is a cute shoe but the fit results in your heel coming out with each step. It's just not a functional shoe. I will be returning.
