I must be the odd person out because I cannot imagine how anyone could rate these five stars. True, they are very comfortable, so much more so than traditional Jacks. My first pair I wore for less than an hour before the strap snapped off the body of the sandal and I was left having to but a hair tie around my shoe and my foot to hobble home - not a cute look. Figuring that it was a fluke, I returned and ordered a replacement, this time it only took two days of wearing before the strap snapped off the body of the shoe again. I do not have particularly wide feet and took the same size as my normal Jacks. They really need to work on making these more durable, I expect to get at least a year of wear out of them, not days.

Jack Rogers sandals go great with Lilly Pulitzer dresses, so I invested in a pair for the summer. I love them but after only 3 weeks and very, very minimal wear, the woven trim on the horizontal strap came loose. Luckily, Zappos replaced them but for the price, the trim should stay intact.

I was so excited about the new Jacks with the smooth foot bed. However, after wearing them a few times, the strap on one side totally pulled out of the sole. Thanks to Zappos excellent customer service, I had another pair the next day. The bad news is, I had them for 3 weeks and wore them maybe 6 times, when the soles on both shoes started separating where the straps went in. Both shoes on both sides. These shoes do not live up to the Jack Rogers name. I would recommend the Jack Rogers Nantucket as I own several pair and have never had a problem with them. The Capri's are more expensive and very poor quality. On the plus side, Zappos customer service is exceptional. I now have a pair of Nantuckets on the way!

Comfortable but runs smaller Too expensive

These are true to size. I am a 6.5 with normal/slightly narrow feet, but with a high arch. These shoes fit like a glove! They do feel to have stretched slightly but that only adds more comfort. HIGHLY recommend!

Love the Jack Rogers Capri. The wedge heel makes it very comfortable. They look nice with shorts or capris or with a summery dress. They fit true to size.

Fits true to size. I have a narrow foot and was surprised at how well they fit on top.

These are way too tight. Could not get my feet into them.

first of all i want to express how amazing zappos customer service is. There was a mix up with my package and they couldnt have been more kind in their understanding and making up to me. Its rare to find a company with such 5 star service. Ok now to the shoes... i am in love with them! I am currently 6 months pregnant and thought these would be great because i dont have to strap them myself! They are!! They take a day to stretch in, but once they do they fit to your feet like a glove and this paticular jack rogers style has light padding, making them more comfy then some of the other styles. I went back and forth between a 7 and 7 and a half and the 7 and half is perfect. I have a narrow heel but wide rest of the foot if that makes sense. Would for sure recommend these!!

Ordered these in my normal size from my other Jack's...they're a half size too small since I compared to my old ones...order up!

The Capri has a smooth foot bed and no stitching on it which makes it comfortable to wear. The Capri fits my narrow foot perfectly in a 7.5M. The Capri has a slight wedge which is flexible when walking. I sent back the style with stitching in the foot bed and matching colored heel pad which was uncomfortable to walk in and it is not flexible, more clunky. The Capri also has a non-skid sole.

Love these shoes! Much improved over the old Jack Rogers. These have a comfy sole and give a little bit of height!

Comfy out of the box, looking forward to wearing! After reading reviews, I went with the mini wedge heel. It doesn't have the three dots others were uncomfortable with on the heel. The gold color adds some subtle shine. After buying several sandals that tie around the ankle, having this pair to slip into is a plus. Love the leather and quality- an investment but one for many seasons. I wear an 8.5 and found them true to size and not tight at the strap. These also have some rubber on the bottom, to address any concerns w slipping I assume. I've paired them w shorts, wide leg crop jeans and casual summer dresses.

Cute, comfy sandal. The white leather is very soft and the slight heel make these wearable all day! I usually wear an 8.5 and went with the size 9.

Love these sandals! They are well made, comfortable and don't require any 'break in' period. They go with everything for the summer -dressy, shorts, beach. They have a little heel that makes them easy to walk in. There is really no arch support though. When I put on my birkenstocks, I can really tell the difference. I read the reviews of the other Jack Rogers sandals with three holes and decided on the capri. Glad I did.

No complaints here -- this version helps address the clunkiness of the original shoe. I am a big fan of the mini wedge.

This new low-wedge version of the classic Jack Rogers sandal is a vast improvement in terms of comfort. As many others have commented, the original style chafes at the bottom of the heel due to the glued-on leather insignia on the footbed. Really happy with the improved comfort with the same great look.

Despite being incredibly chic summer sandals, I had heard that traditional Jack Rogers were uncomfortable. Not these! These fit comfortably right out of the box and they are worth the extra $. They run a tad narrow and long. I wear between a 9 and a 10 and the 9.5 was perfect. The platinum color is a bit on the gold side but is neutral enough to wear with gold or silver. They are beautiful and will never go out of style.

I wanted an all black sandal with no decorative metal and this shoe fit the bill. I like that it has a small wedge rather than being totally flat. If you are in between sizes, I'd say go up 1/2 size. Depending on the shoe I'm between a 9 to 9 1/2 so I bought 9 1/2 in this sandal and it fit fine. My foot tends to be narrow and I have problems with sandals with a top strap being too loose. Not the case with these, they fit great. So if you have a wider foot these may not work for you.

DO NOT ORDER A HALF SIZE UP! This shoe fits true to size. After reading some reviews I made the mistake of going a half size up, and ended up having to return them for my true size. The leather will feel tight at first, but it stretches out perfectly after a day. Very happy with this purchase!

LOVE THESE SHOES! I'm a huge Jack Rogers fan, and had the classic navajos in Platinum for a while. Even though I loved the look, I'll admit they were horrendously uncomfortable. I couldn't walk around in them for very long before the leather piece on the back started causing blisters on my heels, and there was no support to speak of in the rest of the shoe. Like walking on wooden planks. Then I saw the Capri and had to give them a try - and they're AWESOME! They have exactly the same Navajo style that I love, no irritating leather piece to bother my heels, and just enough padding in the sole to make a regular day of working and running errands comfortable. And they also don't irritate my plantar fasciitis. HOME RUN! I purchased them in platinum and now I'm thinking I'll get the white or brown. PLEASE COME OUT WITH MORE COLORS! As far as size goes, I wore a 7.5 in the classic navajo and the same size in these. The strap is a little tight, but I have narrow feet so it's not a problem. It also stretches out a bit and becomes very comfortable.
