Purchased this for my dad for Christmas and he loves it. Lightweight but warm at the same time.

Great warm fleece -- a little snug on true to size -- great colors Need more plus size options on all styles.

I purchased this jacket for my husband who is 6'4" and approx. 280 lbs. I originally ordered a Pumori Wind Fleece in a 2X. They are almost the same jacket, except for the added wind protection which is what I really wanted. We kept the Khumbu, which seemed a little more generous and the sleeves were definitely longer. The Pumori was not available in a 3X. All in all we are happy about our purchase and North Face had very fast service.

The jacket is really warm and fits well, but the blue is really bright, maybe too bright for some people with subtler color tastes. I would love to see more color options and would buy a second one should new colors become available besides grey, black, etc.

I purchases this jacket to sell what all the hype about NorthFace was. That being said I was not really expecting much just an overpriced jacket. I love this jacket it keeps me so warm, I live in the Bay Area, and it is so stylish. I am already planning my second NorthFace purchase. Addicted!! only thig I did not like was the black should be a bit darker because black is my favorite color and all I ever wear

My son said he didn't like the elastic at the waist, and the cardinal red was more of a dirty redish orange color. MUCH different from the picture. FYI.

Fits good but the color is not like it seems on the picture

I wear the prior model Khumbu jackets pretty much everyday and they have served me well. So I decided to retire an older Khumbu for a new Khumbu 2 jacket recently. Same fitment of small works best for me since I want a tighter fit for using under TNF outer shells. Everything is as expected except two things. 1)The TNF black is not black like used on the prior Khumbu. The Khumbu 2 is a really dark gray that I can probably adjust to. It does look nice but I was hoping for a true black. 2)The inside pockets that I use all of the time are GONE. I am pretty irritated at this loss of function. Almost enough to return it and look for another option.

I love the North Face and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I ordered this jacket because I love the way my old Khumbu jacket felt and fit, So I figured this would be the same. I am a little disappointed in the quality and build of this one. It feels cheap and fits a little tight for comfort. I am going to keep it because sending it back would take forever and is not worth the hassle. I am working on losing a little more weight so it will be fine. I am 5'7 and weight 217 and I got the Large. I probably should have gotten the XL but then it would have been too big. I lift weights so my back and shoulders are broad and I am sure that is why it feels tight.

I really liked the KHUMBU 1. I had a couple of them and absolutely loved them. So warm and fuzzy. The draw strings made it so you could really lock in the heat. I would always have my ear grips in the inside pockets. Unfortunately someone stole mine and I had to replace it and I found out that the inside pockets had been removed. I am sure it was a cost savings, but I would gladly pay an extra $20 to get the inside pockets back. Without them for me it looses a lot of it's functionality and appeal.

I was disappointed that this jacket wasn't lined. Without a liner it was difficult to put on over any kind of shirt.
