I was diagnosed three years ago with Plantar Fasciitis, and have spent literally thousands on shoes and inserts since then, attempting to find a shoe that is comfortable enough for me to walk in throughout an 8-hour day. This is the shoe! This is my third pair! I literally feel as if I am healed from PF when I'm wearing them. The wedge and deep heel cup have made all the difference, and it has a slightly higher arch support, which is awesome. I wish they had a more durable wrap on the heel, as they tend to get beat up pretty badly, especially the right heel when I drive. I have solved this by having a pair of flats in the car to drive in. These are fully adjustable, and are really great-looking as well! I give these shoes a 10!

Fantastic arch support. Unfortunately the heel was a bit too high for me to wear comfortably for a long time. Just loved the foot bed padding and arch support.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have high arches and these provide lots of great support. Easy on/off and great adjustability with the velcro closures.

These would be so cool if the arch support was not so high in the arch that it had you almost feeling like you pronate toward the outside. Love the leather and everything else about these shoes. Unfortunately for my foot not comfy.

Excellent shoe (5 star one), comfortable, pretty and universal, but not very durable. Within the first month of wearing (and mind you, that's no exclusive wearing that I'm talking about), the bottom of the shoe started spreading / wearing off on the heel. Only right heel, so I highly suspect it's from... wait for it... driving! Yes, right foot resting on the gas, heel on the mat kind of thing. Either way, that's definitely something to improve and something I will be discussing further with Zappos warranty / returns. Other than that, I love them!

I like this shoe quite a bit, and wear it at least 2-3 times a week. I had read a review prior to buying that the sole seems to give way along the sides of the shoe, and I am having that same experience. For me it is the heel, and I'm surprised because it started doing that not too long after buying. For that reason only, I may not repurchase because I feel that should last longer than it did due to price. However, in the meantime, I am still wearing often. Guess I'd recommend if you aren't as much of a heavy wearer?

I bought these in both black (LOVE) and latte (ok, kind of washed out). I really love these shoes. They are adorable with nice details, super comfortable, and have good arch support.
Sadly I have to give them only 3 star because the heel has worn down quickly on both pair and on the black pair the velcro strap already broke. That is disappointing because these aren't cheap sandals.

Soft cushiony shoe, with good arch support but terrible quality control on the velcro straps, which were sewed onto the straps in such away that they cut into my foot and made the sandal unwearable.

Good and Bad- The Good: I love these shoes I've had them over a year now and they are still the most comfortable sandals I own. I need higher arch support, and these deliver that perfectly! The Bad: The soles are very very soft, meaning, in the first month I was picking tiny pieces of gravel out of my soles daily that left permanent indentations/holes in the soles. You could hear the gravel scratching up tiled floors when I walked from parking lot to office. And since they were so soft, they didn't protect the wrap on the back of the shoe. They looked old 1 month after buying them. Desperate to keep them, I had them resoled. If you have never done this it cost me about $100. (Cue horror music.) So these are now the best and by far the most expensive shoes I have ever bought. I would buy again if I found them half price, to allow me to resole them before wearing. Yes, they are that comfortable!

The leather of the Arielle Wedge Sandal in black is soft, but it's stiff and thick in "latte." The band across the ball of the foot may cut into your big toe the way it does to mine. I wonder why!

I tried this sandal in black. It fit true to size and was very comfortable. At the same time, though, I had also ordered the Aetrex Naya sandal in black. It fit true to size and was very comfortable, as well. The difference in in the style. The Arielle is a bit more clunky, and its only nod to style is the round disc, which is only on the ankle strap. The Naya, on the other hand, has a decorative piece both on the ankle and and the forefoot. But the major style differences are that the straps on the Naya are thinner and that there is a lovely braided strap, purely decorative, that runs diagonally across the top. These touches make this sandal look dressier and more stylish. It does not look like a "comfort" shoe at all. I modeled both for my husband, and there was no argument. I returned this Arielle and bought a second Naya in Bronze.

I bought these in black and size was accurate. I will be returning these as the Velcro strap both around the ankle and front of shoe is a little snug on my foot therefore does not close properly and looks terrible with base of Velcro showing. The bed of shoe is comfortable and quality seems good but overall not happy with the shoes.

The decorative medallion on one sandal was broken when the sandals arrived which was disappointing. I am sure they would both eventually will fall off since they don’t seem securely attached. The shoes were very comfortable but just a little loose for my narrow feet. Sending them back.

I've been doing research for over a month to find a foot supportive sandal and found Aetrex. Disappointed in the craftsmanship of this particular sandal. Wanted to love these sandals got the Stone color. They did not work because I got them pretty marked up as if they were worn. Zappos helped me exchange it and get a new pair. But these exchanged pair I just received are worse than other pair. Visible glue along the wedge, the leather has big indentations along it, spots along the leather wrapped around the wedge. The Stone color looks like its distressed yet these looked worn out and creased. They have a very soft foot bed and a high arch that cradles the foot. Yet with such a high price point for sandals I would want the "technology' of the shoe to match the outside look of it. Sad, now I have to return these.
