This was my first time purchasing from this company so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's nice quality shoe , and visually appealing. I was surprised to discover that the closure was velcro but made to appear like it might snap shut. Pretty clever way to dress up the shoe , and give you the ease of a velcro closing. The arch support is very evident , and my foot felt comfortable. I wear an 8.5 , and the fit was true to size. Would I buy from this company again. Yes.

My second pair of Aetrex sandals. The first pair purchased at a local retailer fit perfectly. This pair, purchased via Zappos, fits good but is very slightly larger in length and width.

I couldn't decide between the Jillian or the Gabby, so I ordered both with the intent to return one of them. As it turned out both were extremely comfortable. I wear a 6N in most shoes and sandals, this size is next to impossible to find in sandals. I ordered a 5.5 in denim Jillian and a 6-6.5 in the bronze Gabby.. These 2 sandals were exactly the same length, width, and heighth even though they were different sizes. Jillian on my right foot and the Gabby on my left and felt like matched shoes when I walked. Pros of the Jillian: Absolutely loved the cloth denim. Extremely comfortable with no straps rubbing on my feet. Can be tighten for a narrow foot if you go down 1/2 a size. I don't think I could have tighten the velcro in a size 6 enough for my narrow foot. Cons of the JIllian: The more I walked, the closer my toes moved towards the front of the shoe. If I tightened the shoe around the ankle, I could keep my the toes from moving forward, but there wasn't much velcro left on the strap for a secured fit. The arch support is a must for me, and although it has some, it's a tiny bit not as supportive as the Gabby is. Neither shoes have a heel cup, but my heel did not slide around in them. I think the design of the shoe would have benefitted everyone with a heel cup in them. Overall: a very comfortable sandal, compared to same brand in a different sandal it does run short, 1/2 size smaller will be a narrower width, and the style & denim color are cute.

Having feet that always seem to hurt after hours spent wearing shoes, especially any type of sandal, I have to say honestly that I can wear these sandals all day and do not have any sore back from lack of arch support. These are pricey but well worth it for the comfort and support they provide! Will purchase more in the future.

I loved my last pair and these meet my hopes. I have narrow feet, so having the adjustment strap over the toes is what drove my choice of style. It really helps. I went with this brand because it helps my plantar fasciitis. Gillian Quarter Strap. I want Aetrex to make more sandals that have two adjustment straps like these.

I love this sandal! It fits perfect and feels like walking on clouds. I would not hesitate to order another color just to have another pair it is so comfortable and well made. Real Quality. Thank you Zappos!!!!

I put these on and my feet were so happy. The arch support in Aetrex shoes is excellent. I like that the straps are velcro so they can be easily adjusted. We'll see how long the velcro lasts. I like the slight wedge as totally flat shoes hurt my feet. The color is a pinkish beige with a gold shimmer that works like a neutral for my skin tone. The style is casual, good for shorts and sun dresses.

I really like these shoes. This is my second pair, have one in a bronze, and this one in a navy. The navy is a little dark, and can look almost black in some light, but works. I have had foot problems with planter fasciitis and one foot tends to get stress fractures. I have no problems with these sandals, and never have to have a break in period before wearing them all day.

This shoe was perfect. Comfortable, stylish. Loved the teal color. Great foot bed with arch support and soft enough leather it didn't rub. I returned it, however, because after several foot surgeries my right foot is smaller than the left and the one strap just barely covered the tip of my little toe, so when I walked the toe tried to come out and that was on a smooth carpeted surface. The left sandal fit fine. No fault of the shoe; just one of the challenges I face with my feet. I bought an Aetrex with two straps instead. I'd recommend Aetrex Jillian.

Love these! comfortable out of the box! I got the denim/blue and they look great with jeans or black yoga pants and a denim top! Super cute and comfy!

The fit is great as both toe and ankle straps are adjustable. The bottom is very cushy. I ordered the denim they are a dark denim. Love these a great purchase.

The fit is great! With the weather still being winter/spring I haven’t really worn them outside so I’m limited as to what I can say here. They seem very comfortable with good arch support which I need.

I absolutely love these shoes. This is my 4th pair. I have foot issues with standing too long and I can stand all day long and walk long distances in these shoes and my feet feel wonderful!!!

I wore these, without breaking them in first, for our 8-day trip to Boston. No blisters or sore bits on my feet. We walked a ton (20k steps on one day; probably 15k most other days). I brought other shoes but ended up wearing these about 90% of the time. They are so comfortable and easy to put on. I typically wear a 10 and the 10 fit great.

This is the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn! Can adjust fit of straps with Velcro closures. I love the cute buttons with design and the straps at an angle for interest. I wore these spring, summer and fall, and received compliments on them. All I can say is, these sandals are cute and sooooooo comfortable, I am 5'10" and wear a size 11M and these were a perfect fit. I was able to walk all day long and never got tired, no break-in blisters at all either. I would purchase these again in a heartbeat! Absolutely love Zappos!!! The only place I've bought my footwear for at least 6 years now. Thank you Zappos for offering longer size shoes for us tall girls!!!!!

Love these sandals. I saw them on a lady in the airport and she loved them too. Stylish and comfortable and has support. I would recommend them and will buy another color in the future.

I purchased these sandals for a trip to Italy. Some days we walked 18,000 steps and I had no problem at all with these sandals. Super comfortable. The adjustable straps were very helpful when my feet needed some extra room for comfort. Not one blister!! I highly recommend these sandals.

I really didn't want to like a $110 pair of sandals, but I do. They're cute and a step up from casual/walking sandals.

These are very comfortable, spent whole day in them with no problems first time on. The dual velcro strap adjustability is great!
