They are cute shoes. I wear a 9-9 1/2 and should have got the larger size. However I am not re ordering because the shoe itself is a bit squishy and the arch flattens out and is not very supportive. the ankle and toe straps do adjust, which is nice, but the braided detail left marks on my feet. These would be fine for a casual outing (like a meal) but if you want support and comfort for a day out with a good amount of standing and walking look elsewhere . The soft suede lining probably would not last if your feet sweat either.

These are made for women with wide feet. we need some narrower options, especially from a company who makes an awesome shoe insert and seems to have a good understanding that not one size fits all.

I loved loved loved the old Jillians, and I walked many many comfortable miles in them. Including 7 miles in Rome! However, the 'new' Jillian lacks the style, comfort, and quality of the original. Sadly, I'm returning them. Bring back the old Jillians, please!

They were cute and seemed like they would have enough arch support for my plantar fasciitis flare ups but the strap that goes around the heel was uncomfortable. It was kind of thicker at the top and just didn't feel right when I walked. I had to return.

These were super long on my foot despite ordering my normal size. It felt like walking on a cloud but the arches were super high which made me feel unstable. I'm planning on returning these as they just weren't right for me.

Nice sandal but unfortunately the arch did not meet my foot in the right places so I had to send them back. I have a high arch and they just did not support it.

Strap leather is too stiff to feel comfortable on toes.

I was sorry to see that these are being discontinued. I have four pairs in various colors and they are my mainstay for wearing in the summertime. Very comfortable, durable, and stylish. Glad I bought several of these.

Love these sandals. I bought them first in a brown color and worn them every day in Italy. I needed a pair in white and love these just as much!

great sandals..can loosen or tighten when my feet swell.VERY comfortable for all day wear.

These are my favorite Aetrex sandals because they are so comfortable and give me the support I need for the entire foot, all will looking great! If you have a medium to slightly wide width (D width) these will work for you. There are definitely differences in width between the different sandal designs and these are the only Aetrex sandals that work for me as the other styles are a true medium width.

The Aetrex Jillian Quarter Strap is beautiful Sandal. I already own 4 of the Aetrex Gabby Sandals. Unfortunately for me, the Jillian Quarter Strap with the cork food bed which is lightly covered with a nice material but was too hard for my feet. The material covering the footbed is not cushioned at all. If you have naturally well cushioned feet, you will love this sandal. It also has a great fit for those who need room for their toes so they don't get scrunched together. I wish I could have kept these sandals. They have an awesome arch support like all their sandals.

I absolutely love these sandals! The comfort and quality are top notch. I actually have these in white too. They are definitely worth the money. They run true to size.

I wish the arch support was higher and positioned further forward, but overall a great sandal. I had to size up a half size from my normal size 8.

I ordered a 9 and 8.5 thinking heel on smaller size might be narrower. Did not try on, as 9 fit, and I knew the smaller size would be too short. The shoe, style very cute for a comfort sandal.

9 fit me perfectly. I have definite foot problems, so hoping these will break in well. I really like the cushion in heel strap. Very cute for a 'comfort' sandal.

Size was perfect & width was adjustable with Velcro to fit my narrow feet. Footbed has layer of cork that conforms to your feet. Love these sandals!! My 3rd pair!

Just too wide. I need the length not an extra wide shoe.

My favorite style, White is a new color for me and it didn’t disappoint. I sized up a half a size as I usually do and they fit perfect.

Love these sandals, have them in several colors, however one shoe little off on this pair, so Customer Service sending me a new pair.

Comfy as usual brand with great arch support. Aetrex and Birks are the best for plantar fascitis and overall walking/living in all day long.

This were super comfy from the moment I put them on. My feet are different sizes and one is terribly misshapen. Due to adjustable straps both feel fab.
