I'm very disappointed in the sandal. I have two pairs of Aetrex sandals, both very comfortable and good quality. These have a puffy strap that goes behind your heel and the Velcro on the straps that go over your feet can be seen when the shoe is closed. I did not like the way they looked on my feet at all and expected more from this brand. Not sure if my older repairs were made in China but it seems that is the way many companies are going. The quality is not the same.

I liked the style of the Aetrex Jillian but the fit on my feet wasn't good. My width is medium and when I tightened the ankle strap as far as it would go, I could put 2 fingers in between the strap and my ankle. I immediately put them back in the box and returned them. This is probably my first and last try on of Aetrex sandals. Thank you Zappos for all that you do.

These sandals fit was very strang. The back strap couldn’t get any tighter and was still slipping off and my foo was being forced forward, therefore having my toes go over the front of the shoe.

The adjustable straps on this shoe are not helpful to narrow feet. The foot bed is still so wide, the fit is terrible. The style is cute. Returning.
