Look nice, pretty comfortable. But it makes such a squeaky noise! I have to return them.

These are nice shoes, but were delivered with damage to the heel. They were a tight fit anyway so had to send back. They run small in the width.

These are cute shoes, a great metallic neutral, but too long and a bit wider than expected. I wear 11 and usually need to go wide in dressy shoes. These felt a little big and flip flopped on my heel. Sadly I will have to return them sadly.

Ordered the wides here at Zappos and did not feel they were any wider than the regular width I tried on at DSW. Got the Naturalizer Ivy instead. Fit like a dream!!!

These looked promising in the pictures, but surprisingly ugly in person. The heel is wrapped in a clear rubber or acrylic or something over the fabric. It might help to protect the heel from scuffs, but it looks awful. It did fit pretty well, though, and I have difficult feet.

The shoes I received stated 9-1/2W on the box--which is what I ordered; however, the shoes on the inside of the box were a 10W. Wondering what happened to the quality control. Now I must take the time to box up the shoes and return them. I missed having them for an important business event. Sorely disappointed. :-(

The strap broke twice on me. I fixed it each time and realized it wasn't even worth the cost of the shoe. Poorly constructed- and I have a relatively sedentary office job.

Too tight definitely not Wide as ordered

This is the 2nd time I've ordered this shoe. The first time the strap broke. I liked the shoe so much I ordered a new pair. It just broke too. Not even a month of wear.

This shoe fit perfect, was extremely comfortable and looked great. Unfortunately in less than 3 weeks the strap broke. Very sad to say I did not listen to some other reviews on this shoe.

I really liked these shoes. They were comfortable, had good support & I was able to wear them all day at work. The problem and result for my low rating - they were only worn 6 times before the elastic completely pulled apart from the buckle, rendering the shoe useless. I really liked them, but wished they lasted a whole lot longer.

Problem with strap after one wearing! LOVED these shoes... soft as a cloud, feet absolutely fine. Second wearing: strap stretched out so much that I started to flop around in them. Very disappointed in strap materials, as others have noted.

I bought these shoes about a month and half ago, so I've worn these shoes maybe a dozen or so times. One of the shoes has already broken. The strap with the buckle on it is secured to the other strap with several pieces of string. The strings wore out and snapped. I think the connection between the two straps should have been elastic, not something that can wear down so easily.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!! I absolutely love these shoes, and would've given them five stars because they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. However, today I give them one star (would give zero if I could). I didn't even have these for two months, and today I was walking out of my office and one of the straps completely broke! The other step is barely hanging by a thread and is about to break, too. I have never had a shoe fall apart like this, especially a practically new shoe!!
