The shoe is a cute up-scale sneaker look, well made, and will get me through the summer and beyond in style; but it definitely needs to be broken in before it’s comfy. I bought it in white, size 10-M, true to size and width for me, but the innersole can hardly qualify as arch support. The good thing is that the innersole is removable and I inserted a real orthotic innersole that did the trick. Would definitely recommend if you have no foot issues and don’t need arch support, or if have your own inserts.

Love the style, but not as wide as my other Wide shoes I own. I can't wear them for too long else they hurt my feet. I have high arches so very few shoes give me enough support in that area.

For the charcoal pair, my only complaint is that the sole is off white. They look white in photo. I’m still keeping them. Very comfortable and will go with a lot of my wardrobe.

These were super cute, but sadly just not wide enough.

As other reviewers said, the fabric of the upper was extremely stiff. I liked everything else about them but had also ordered a similar looking pair of Kenneth Cole's and these ones are going back.

The fit was good, just a little concerned about my toes, no extra room. They look good and the fabric is very nice too! Can't comment on the wear because I won't be wearing them until late Spring.

These are super cute but no arch support and were too wide for me. I do have a narrower foot but can usually wear medium width. Returning them.

I have a wide foot but also a high instep so I wasn't sure about these. They did stretch enough that they are okay now but definitely tight at the end of the day if my feet swell at all. They are comfortable and I've worn them all day was walking but a half size up would have been perfect. Especially if you want to wear socks.

Very cute sneaker. They do fit a little snug but I need that for support when walking.

I love this shoe. Followed what others said and ordered 1/2 size up. The snakeskin is beautiful and will be a fun choice with a lot of outfits. I was a little disappointed in the insert, seems Dr Scholls is not what it used to be.

They are touching my big toe.Not sure they will expand enough with wear but I love and need (want) them.If no half size available I may have to order a size up .

True to size (8-8.5, somewhere between M or W width and the 8.5 fit great). Memory foam insole was dreamy, but outsole seemed like it would not hold up well in light rain (almost papery/linty than rubber). Returned.
