I bought 2 x 92.9 litre suitcases approx. 5 years ago, however the 60mm dia wheels on both items have fell apart. I would like to replace all wheels except I cannot find exact fit replacements, so good quality cases will have to go into the bin, will not buy Delsey brand replacement luggage

The case is very lightweight and roomy. The handle is comfortable. The size is right. If color matters to you, find somewhere to see it in person first; the colors are not represented accurately on the website, e.g. the graphite grey is as close as makes no difference to black.

Everything looks good bit the size looks small I have other brand 25 inch bags and they seem bigger and have more room inside

I bought this January 2018. I used it for a few trips throughout the year and once to Mexico. All well until this last short 1 and a half hour flight - the case was cracked when I got it off the conveyor belt! Delsey should make a sturdier product - my other luggages lasted years!

The luggage is so cheap because it is cheaply made. I should know better. It's a hard plastic that At the first chance looks like it will crack.

Luggage did not even last first trip. One of the wheels popped off after very light use. Looks like the screws and/or plastic used for the wheels is very low quality. Some of the screws actually snapped. Unfortunately I may not even be able to take advantage of the warranty since I'm in the middle of my trip and don't want to be dragging this broken luggage around. Will likely have to eat this one and dump the Delsey & buy a new piece of luggage. Rather dissatisfied.

I bought it about a year ago. Used it probably 3x. Cracked after the last flight. Not sure what happened but its not covered by warranty either. Airline blames luggage, delsey blames airline. Now I have to throw it away. Waste of money. I thought hardside luggage was supposed to be extremely durable?

Just bought this Delsey luggage to travel overseas. I researched the reviews to find the most durable brand of luggage after the airlines destroyed my last piece of hard luggage (not Delsey). In most reviews Delsey came in #1, being the most durable. So, I bought it thinking the polycarbonate plastic would be stronger than my previous bag made from abs plastic. Wrong! The airlines cracked the luggage, right on the top near the corner. So much for the reviews and polycarbonate plastic. Sad, I thought I had the best. Sent from my iPhone

I have had some bad suitcases by thins brand, but these were by far the worst in terms of quality. I bought 5 of these bags last year. As of my last trip, only one has survived. Three with broken zippers and two with cracked cases. Avoid Delsey, especially these models.
