I would buy this again but I wish the handle was more rounded like the old areo was because it catches my backpack every time I'm trying to slide it back off the top to seperate the backpack and luggage. I am looking at getting a chromium lite in the 21"" next time as soon as they offer a USB C port rather than the old mini style. Love this suitcase though. Great quality!

I purchased two and wish I had purchased four. I know my daughter's will be borrowing them in the future. The are amazingly lightweight and strong . The spinner is secure and does not get locked like other bags I've had. The wheels glide smoothly making it feel like I am pushing/pulling air.

Very solid all the way around, extremely smooth rolling wheels, I've received many compliments, locks work fine (I mention this because I read a review that locks didn't work).

The best customer service -- and I really like the bag, too. There was a problem with the wheels on the bag I had ordered 6 months ago. Zappos not only replaced it quickly but made everything easy. The new bag is perfect. I travel a lot, and ease of rolling is essential. The computer sleeve in the front makes it easy to pull your laptop out when needed, but protected when traveling. Despite its small size, which fits in international bins, this bag holds enough for a comfortable overnight or three.

This is a great bag to carry on for an international or domestic flight. The only drawback is the zipper which is a bit hard to use plus the expansion zipper is right underneath so grabbing the right one can be a bit confusing

I bought this last November for an international trip. It was perfect for passing all the airline carryon size and weight limits. It was also easy to maneuver through airports, down rough streets, etc. I was able to fit everything into it. Only thing that I didn't like was that it opens different than traditional luggage, i.e. there is clothing on both sides so you need to lay both sides down when opened which requires more space when open.

After developing some back issues, I was looking for the lightest, easiest way to carry my laptop without a backpack. This is the best. The separate front compartment carries: my laptop, iPad, charger, extra batterie packs, plus EVERYTHING you may need to take out for the security line, including liquids. My laptop and iPad are easily accessible before I put it in the overhead. The second compartment easily holds enough clothing for a weekend trip, but as a frequent business traveller I am usually gone longer than that. And I bought this with the intent of keeping it light so I pack the other side with items I might want on the flight; extra sweater, pillow, headphones, socks, toothbrush, change if clothes if landing in a different climate you name it. It is so light, spins smoothly, I can't say enough about it. I researched many others and am so happy with my choice.

I bought this wanting to replace a model that is no longer in production. Sadly, when it arrived I was disappointed to realise how small it is. Had I seen it in a shop I would have bought a bigger one. It's ust so small. It is very good quality though and is easy to pull along as the wheels glide well. I am a flight attendant so this is important. i like the separate compartment on the side to fit my laptop in.

This is a very attractive generally well organized and well performing piece...in theory. In practice (at least for me), the handle sticks intermittently and is unable to be fully extended. For whatever reason, this problem gets worse if the suitcase is fully packed and let's face it, at this size if you're travelling for any length of time it likely will be. Of course, this becomes a problem at the most inopportune times, like when getting the bag on and off the X-Ray machine at TSA and being in a hurry to catch your flight. If not for this one flaw, I would have probably rated it higher. I've reached out to Customer Service and will update my review depending on how the issue is resolved.

Very easy to maneuver. Reason it's rated a 3 is that the lock does not work. I returned this item and both had the same issue. Zappos is wonderful with customer service. They finally told me to just keep it. I use it without the lock and the case is okay. The opening that allows access while the case is closed does take up quite a bit of space and I'm not sure it's necessary.
