After one use of checked luggage I was shocked to see my brand new piece of luggage come down the conveyor belt full of scratches. Time will tell how the others features will hold up but I'm extremely disappointed that the exterior is not scratch resistant.

purchased end of Dec 18, received early January 19 and didn't realize until I used it a couple months later that the handle was actually broken, that it never lined up every on both ides for the adjustable lengths. It's not easy to spin or pull and has been more of a hassle vs a smart investment.

this is my 4th Delsey Suitcase purchase in the last 18 months, including this identical item in a different color given as a gift. Mine broke on the very first use! At the airport getting out of the car a cheap plastic part guiding the handle broke upon opening. Now the handle is difficult to close, and is wobbly during use. I will be attempting to send this back. I should Note both of my previous Delsey purchases were higher quality. This unit seems thin and cheaper

Not titanium cheep plastic Falsely advertised Company is making me to pay to ship them back, even though it's listed falsely. Do not use this company to purchase anything. Buyer beware.

This item was purchased in October 2023 and the zipper broke in December 2023. Ive only used the large check-in item once and the zipper broke. I spent a lot of money on this product and I'm very disappointed in the quality of the parts used. Also this is my third time trying to submit a review and it's just not posting.

We have two of these suitcases and loved them both. So we ordered a new one for Thanksgiving travels. When it arrived it was locked. No key was included to unlock it. No instructions about a base combination. Guess we won't be using this over the holidays.
