These shoes are so beautiful. Worth every penny. I wear an 8 and ordered a 38. They were perfect. They are very delicate but pretty comfortable considering the style and heel height. If it came in other colors, I would buy them.

I was so excited to receive this beautiful shoe. Unfortunately, the toebox is very narrow. I felt like my foot was falling out of the shoe. It's such a pretty shoe. But I'm sad to say it's going back. :(

These looked really cute both online and out of the box. The shoe fit comfortably. The reason I am returning them is because the pinkish beige stripe up the back of the shoe looks way too weird. It is a grosgrain ribbon which does not compliment the classy black patent leather. The ribbon is a failed attempt to accent an otherwise perfect patent leather pump.

Holy smokes this is one sexy pair of heels! I fell in love with them at first sight and took a chance on a size 40, based on others' reviews, when I usually take a 41. The 40 fits! It's a drop snug in the toe box but I've had them on for a while and can tell it will give a bit with wear. The heel height is perfect, the strap placement makes the shoe feel extremely secure and I can't wait to wear these hot puppies out on the town!

The shoes are lovely. Really. Ribbon is NOT pink thankffully, but same colour as shoe. Perfectly sexy heel height, but something just isn't right in the fit. Toe box is very pointy, yet rounded at the same time at width. Problem is they dig at edges (I don't have fat feet). Taupe colour is very brown, less grey than I wanted. Wish they were lighter colour. Very light weight shoes, not sure if that is good or bad. MJ strap hits at perfect spot, the cutout sides are fantastic. Skinny heel is comfortable despite being so thin bc height is perfect. Sad to return them but they don't fit my feet well, and don't really like colour. The black have a light pink ribbon which I think is stupid, why not same colour as shoe?

I have been looking for these shoes for several months. I didn't realize that Zappos carried SJP and was so excited. Unfortunately, the majority of SJP's shoes are super high and completely impractical if you want to wear them to work (and not wipe out or clobber along on marble floors). Gorgeous shoe. Narrow and runs small. Had to return it.

Shoes are really narrow. I purchased them a half size larger based on the reviews and still found them too narrow which made them uncomfortable.

Zappos customer service/website is perfect as always, however, this shoe was not. I read quite a few reviews on various sites before purchasing as they all said it ran small and narrow. I can assure you this shoe does not run small or narrow as I have narrow feet and they practically fell off when I walked.
