3rd pair purchased. I was diagnosed with post tibial tendon degeneration and these sandals take all discomfort/pain, away. It is recommended that you ween onto them. But, I jumped straight into them and instantly fell in love with them. Back pain has also gone away. I am only saddened by the fact, that colors are limited. But, oh, well!

I bought these for a six day trip in Maui. As instructed I wore them a little before trip. I was worried because at first they felt a little uncomfortable. Once I got to Maui I wore nothing else. These are so great. Comfortable, sturdy, affordable. I will be ordering another pair.

I like these, as I was looking for a cushy flip flop with arch support. This isn't easy since I have high arches, but these are supportive and comfy. Plus they hug my feet without being too tight. I do wish the NB logo underneath my heel didn't stick up in relief the way it does; it's annoying. But a good purchase at a good price.

These shoes are amazing! I have fallen arches and wear orthotics but do not need them with these. They are incredibly comfortable - totally recommend!

This flip flop hurt within fifteen minutes of wearing it due to the very high arch support and bumpy sole surface. I am not willing to wear this shoe for a couple days to break it in as advised on the tag.

A supportive flip flop? It is true! I need a lot of arch support, so I thought my flip flop days were behind me. I just returned from a one week vacation and I wore these most days. I am pleased to tell you my arches are still happy. I recommend these.

I've tried similar styles before, but this is by far the most immediately comfortable. I ordered a size up from 6.5, and that was a good choice. I have a wide foot, and it still feels comfortable wearing it. I never go wrong with New Balance.

I have narrow feet with a high arch. After trying many, many, sandals, finally, these fit my foot and support my arch. Grateful I found a pair!

I hadn't previously worn this particular sandal from New Balance and was so pleased at how great they feel. I have weak arches and they're almost like wearing orthodics. A great sandal.

These shoes have some major arch support. Just like the instructions say, you have to wear them in small increments until you get used to them. I never got there. The support was just too much.

Color is odd however comfort level is high. I wear these around the house and they support my arch. Plantar fasciitis has been a problem for me for several years so sole support is important.

Love these so much but I need a half size bigger and sized up is sold out. So I'm returning and just bought another style of New Balance thongs in a size up. I bookmarked this shoe the support is fantastic.

This NB thong is very stiff. If that is what one is seeking, otherwise a quality product. However, I found the thong very uncomfortable.

I have grown to really love these flip flops. As I read in a previous review, the arch on these is really high. It takes a week or two to really break them in. It almost seems uncomfortable to wear them for extended amounts of time, but now they are perfect.

Very cute and comfy until I wore them for awhile. The wider strap was too much on the top of my foot and does not give when walking. I ended up with a blister and an uncomfortable afternoon. Will be returning.

I've been a NB fan for 30+ years - and will continue to be - but, for me, these are a fail. I bought them for the arch support, but while it hits my foot in the correct position, it's way too high. Two weeks later, I'm still trying to break these in, something that's never been needed with a NB shoe. Opted to buy Birkenstock Gizeh EVAs and they're a dream. May throw in the towel on the NB sandals.

I was surprised how tight these are. I have another pair of New Balance flip flops that are really too wide for me. These, however, are really tight which makes them very uncomfortable. I have a foot that is more narrow than wide. Unfortunately, these are going back.

Arches too high. Painful after a few minutes around the house. Will trade for a lower profile flop. Great flip flop for the right foot. Just not for me.

Could barely get my foot into it! Wish it fit because it seems really nice. I think the next size up would be too long and look unattractive.
