extremely light weight, hopefully these hold up.

They seem pretty lightweight, maybe a little light, but they look good.

But the quality feels like it has dropped (I've bought 3 pairs of the madrones over the past few years). The arms don't fold in that well. Lenses are still great.

I've only had these for a couple weeks but so far I do love them. They fit well and are comfortable. Only reason I took off one star is because they do have a cheap feeling to them like they could break very easily, but hopefully that won't happen!

I love the look and fit. I have an active job and can be outside for a long time. My Madronas don't slide on my face and they don't stretch out if I put them on top of my head. I was disappointed on the second day I wore them in Bermuda for a work trip when whatever coating is on the glasses began to bubble on one of the ear pieces.

love the lenses and look, the feel is all that could use some work.

The original shades that I ordered came with a defective lense that was peeling at the edges. Contacted Sunski and they gave me a code to order a replacment lense kit. The replacement kit lense did not fit very well with the glasses and could not be used. Once again, contacted Sunski and they sent out a replacment pair of shades. Awaiting those now and hoping they are good to go! Overall a pretty good product, just a few blemishes, but definitely impressed with the customer service.

Nice sunglasses. The logo on the sides is a bit large, cheap looking and distracting from what are nice glasses.

These look great and feel comfortable. They occasionally slip on my nose when I look down (maybe too small?), but otherwise they are good.

Love the shades guys. I've had a few pair and some lens replacements and all in all I love them and suggest them to many. Small critique - the mirror coloring on the lense can come off with minor contact/heat but then again they are $3 :grinning:

Very nice style but the lenses started to peel after 9 months.

I loved the look and feel of the Madronas frames. They fit my face perfectly and were lightweight and comfortable. But the lenses were not good at all. I bought the brown lenses. They are indeed polarized, but they seem very thin and cheap. What was worse, they have some reflection on the backside of the lenses which makes my vision distracted. I can see light behind me, or my own eyes, lashes or cheek reflecting back at me. These reflections make the lenses seem dirty. Its a big pet peeve of mine with sunglasses. (BTW, Costa sunglasses are the best I've found that avoid this.) They weren't the worst I've ever tried, but for full price, the lenses are definitely not worth it. If closer to $20, I probably would have kept them.

I love the matte tortoise frame and the fit and finish seem on par with the price. However, the lens optics really don't live up to expectations. I get some distortion and pretty significant changes in color/hue throughout the blue mirror lenses. For example, colors are much cooler / bluish at the top and bottom of the lens, but very brown / warm in the middle (maybe that color change contributes to the perceived distortion?). I used rewards to bring the price down, which at the discounted price I'm reasonably satisfied, but at full retail, I would take issue with the optics.

Shades fit well and are as pictured. The frame size is a bit larger than I'd hoped but that's workable. The biggest detriment is the feel - their lightweight makeup feels flimsy and cheaper than I'd like.

Nice style, but the lenses appear to be very thin and may not hold up to everyday wear. I will have a better feeling on the quality of the lenses after wearing the glasses for the next few weeks.

These are some great looking sunglasses! The fit is excellent and the style is on point. The build quality is excellent, especially for the price, and they work well for both casual and active use. I wish the optics were a little sharper, and the lens coating was a bit more durable, but it's hard to complain at such a great price! The affordable replacement lenses help to address this though.

Cool glasses, but my first pair of lenses were mirror blue and the first scratch appeared within the first week. Within a month both sides were scratched enough that it was too much of a distraction to wear them. I was pretty careful about storing them in the cloth case and using it to clean. I am glad that the replacement lenses are reasonably priced so that I could give the glasses a second chance, but this time I am trying the amber lenses to see if they are more durable. I just installed the new lenses last night so the jury is still out! Also, when I can, I will rinse with water to remove salt from sweating, but when I am out being active this is not very convenient.

I've owned 4-5 pairs of these sunglasses and they've become my "go-to" all-purpose pair of sunglasses. I love them! Fits and looks great. HOWEVER, the last pair that I bought broke after only a week or two of use! One of the folding arms broke off the frame without any exceptional strain. I love these glasses but I don't know if I will buy another pair.

I bought a pair from the West Marine store a month ago. I loved the polarized lenses and I thought for 50 bucks they would last longer. One of the lenses popped out while just having them on top of my head walking down the beach. Sadly I couldn't find the lense while retracing my steps. Not worth the money. Bought a 20 dollar pair of polarized lenses today that do the same job and could probably last a month just as these ones.

Encountered colored reflection inside the glasses with any sun. Glasses look great but I'd consider them novelty.

I have given up after ordering 2 pairs. It's hard to tell the size, both pairs I ordered were way too big. Would buy them at a retail store where I could try them on first. Too much effort.....
