Loved the style and so wanted these to fit. The arch support was great, the length was good and even though I usually take a wide the width was ok. I have a high instep and really liked that the strap could be adjusted but the toe loop was too tight and I doubt that it would ever stretch, even a little. So sad they had to go back.

The shoe fitted my feet just fine but the bottom was hard and very uncomfortable. They actually hurt my feet so I decided to return them.

These sandals were cute and light weight. But when I put them on, my feet just fell into a pronated mess. Not sure why they fit me so poorly. Others have written they provided great arch support. Guess they just weren't made for me- had to send them back. Sigh.........

These were the correct size, it's just that the straps were too loose, and no way to make them fit my feet.

The color and style were great The fit was ok except the soles were not comfortable For the bottom of my feet Need to order a style with softer footbed

Nice but too narrow. My foot is a wide, but I have never had to buy wide sized shoes.

The shoe fits fine, but the big toe does not fit well. Rubs and tight on toe, unable to wear. Returned item

These were cute but there was something about the shape of the footbed that was really irritating to the outer part of the widest area of my foot, like it was raised up in the wrong place.

Cute sandal, and comfortable in the foot area, but that toe just didn’t work for me. Painful and tight...returned. Love the Zappos return process!

Beautiful sandal - style, Trailway color, overall fit and support -- BUT the ribbon cuts right into my foot, it is unbearable. Maybe I have a big big toe? either way, keeping this is not even an option for me. It may be a great shoe, though, for those with slimmer toes...

I have worn these sandals for years! But I ordered the wide and waited a long time for them to come in! But the straps are thinner then they used to be and the bottom on the sides are supposed to have one of the colors in the shoe, but mine didnt??? That made me mad! Because that adds to the syle of the shoe and makes them so cute! Now I am not sure if that was because they were the wides? Which shouldnt make ANY difference. Also on the wides the toe ring was very loose even for a wide!! So, maybe they are starting to scimp like alot of the manufacturers are? Teva did the same thing with there straps. They used some thin cheap nylon instead of the durable thick straps. Manufacturers have got to stop scimping on the quality of shoes! This is getting ridiculous! But I still love Zappos and will continue to keep coming back because it is not Zappos fault! China needs to stop cheating on there materials also!!! Go USA! KH.

Super cute, just not very comfortable. The material across the foot and around the toe feels rough, and the foot bed is not as soft as I'd prefer.

I pronate. I have flat arches and require firm arch support in the footbed. For some reason, Zappos chooses to conceal the most important information about a shoe that is the contour of the footbed. The footbed in this shoe makes pronation worse causing the feet to fall inward smearing the foot over the ledge of the footbed inside the feet. The support arch goes across the entire shoe rather than where it is needed only in the arch. Zappos needs to show a digitized contour map of each footbed. Disappointed.

I am a true 11.... very awkward sizing for me. Ordered because of the wonderful reviews but for me they didn’t work.

These sandals are very cute, but fit very strangely. Although the length is good, they are very narrow across the forefoot, so that both my big toes and my little toes were slightly over the edge of the footbed at the same time. And my feet are very narrow! The footbeds are too soft and squishy to offer any meaningful support, and the arch part is way too short, as if they put a size 4 arch into a size 10 shoe. Sadly, I will be returning these shoes.
