Loved the arch support and look, but there was one small issue that caused me to return them. On the bed of the sandal there is a small raised line that would be the base of your toes. For me, my small toe landed on top of this raised line. It felt like I had a pebble under my toe. This may not be an issue for those with longer toes.

The sandal is too loose across the top and isn't adjustable. It's too loose for my foot.

I have many friends who say "this is the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn", so I gave them a try... however, I did not agree. Granted, my feet are picky. Perhaps if you were just walking around town or a quick shopping trip, they'd be fine. But I'm looking for something that's uber comfortable during a 12K step kind of day. The shoes do run true to size. And the foot bed is "squishy" which was nice.

This a comfortable, very casual sandal. It for true to size for me and was easily adjusted because of the straps. I bought more than one pair of these sandals and wear them to yoga all the time as well as to for running errands. The only downside is that the arch support did not last long in the pair I wear the most and I have already had to replace the sandal. The shoe lasted about 6 months for me before I ordered another pair of the same kind to replace the worn ones. So comfort and functionality won out over durability.

The first pair I got was defective, and Zappos jumped to the rescue and replaced them. Didn't even have to go through the business of returning the first ones! I love these sandals -- comfy+ and so easy to slip on and off. Besides that, they look great!

There is something different about the shape of the toe area of the sandal as noted in other reviews. It is ok and I am overlooking that as over all I like the sandal. The platform is deep and holds the heel nicely and gives a lot of comfort when walking. I like the arch support also.

I bought these for an upcoming beach vacation, so far I've worn them mostly around the house, but I think they'll be great for the beach. I love that they are slip-on, yet have a strap across the instep to help keep them secure on the foot which means I should be able to wear them in the surf. The nylon ribbon is soft on the foot, hope it holds up okay. My only real complaint is the weird arch. I have a high arch so I appreciate the arch on the inside of the foot, but it also is higher on the outside of the foot which just feels off. I normally wear an 8; I sized down to an 8.

Very comfortable and supportive sole. My only issue with this sandal is that the sole and strap wears hot in very warm weather. My feel get sweaty against the rubber footbed. Been wearing inside only and using leather footbed sandals out in the heat.
