I have been a faithful customer of Sketchers Rumblers styles for about 6 years now. I have enjoyed the many styles: comfortable, durable, stylish, just right! This year, Sketchers took this fabulous line of shoes and added 'memory foam.' In my usual way, I ordered new shoes for myself just like I always have because I never want to be without in case they cancel the line. I am not a fan at all of the memory foam. 1) The shoes used to fit comfortably. Now, they are tight ... and the only difference is the extra thickness of the memory foam. And it doesn't improve over time ... the memory foam doesn't pack down which makes the shoes tight ... forever. And I still have unworn (still in box) older purchases that have never been worn. They fit just fine. So the memory foam changes the way this very comfortable line fits and I am so disappointed. But that is not all. 2) The durability of these shoes has also been degraded by the memory foam. I now have two memory foam pairs that I bought this year ... and BOTH PAIRS have holes that have worn into the memory foam. This never happened with any of the older style (before memory foam). One hole is over 1 1/2 inches wide (really noticable when wearing). SO NO MORE. NO MORE MEMORY FOAM in Rumblers. I will await the time when Sketchers offers non-memory foam Rumblers and I will buy many, many Rumbler styles in many, many colors (black, gray, silver, red, gold, white, etc.) like I have loyally done in the past. PLEEEEESE SKETCHERS!!!

I am used to the skechers sandals with the same top but rubber soles and my heart is broken that they no longer make them. These are just junk! I now have to find a new sandal vendor. BOO
