I have a wide foot and these shoes are so comfortable. I've owned several pair. I love them!!

I am a size 10 and i needed to try the 9 and 91/2... so I do feel you need to go down a 1/2 size. The 9 was a tad too small in length. But the bigger issue for me is the slippage. I realize that wearing clogs are different than regular shoes...one's heels are supposed to slip up when you walk in clogs, but this just seemed too much for me...even on the shoe that was too small! I want to love these because they are more comfortable than any clog i have EVER tried and they are a fantastic color, but i sadly could not keep them. I would love to hear if anyone else hashed this problem or maybe its just the sydney style. They are oh so comfy.

These feel a half size bigger than the mule style

Absolutely the most comfortable shoe for a job that requires standing all day. The little stitches down the side are a nice detail. Still looks great after lots of wear. Thank you Zappos for making it so easy to find the right shoe.

I like the look and feel of this shoe. I usually wear a 6.5 so I ordered a 6. They slip off my heel, so back they go. Thanks, Zappos, for your easy return policy. :)

These are great shoes! I am an RN. I wore them for a 12 hour shift the first time. They provide great arch support along with cushioning. I would definitely buy another pair. I just wish that they had more colors in this style.

I love these shoes. So comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all day and no issues. They do run wide, but I need that. They also have a little more style with the design on the side. This adds a touch of fashion without missing out on comfort. Highly recommend.

Item ran large for me so I had to exchange for a half size smaller. Wore them right out of the box for 8 hours and feet felt great! Recommend to anyone who works on their feet for long periods of time.

Klogs with wide sizes and very soft leather uppers, unlike most clogs, are great for my wide feet.

very comfortable

I love my Klogs Naples and thought that I would venture into another model. Sadly it is for a wider foot, hence I am returning for the tried and true Naples.

They run big. I usually wear a 7½ and returned them for a 7. They still seemed big and slipped off my feet. But they look good and felt fine I just could not keep my feet in them.

Sadly, these really cute shoes just didn't fit well. I originally ordered a 7 1/2M, my usual shoe size, except for an 8 in running shoes and winter boots. They were quite loose. Returned them (thank you Zappos for your great exchange policy) for a 7W. The width difference was not much, and they still had a lot of heel slippage. I've worn Danskos, so I'm familiar with a closed clog fit. These were also a bit big, but cut across my instep, leaving a pretty sizable red mark. Had to also return them. My search continues.

Long-time Dansko wearer and love them. Wanted a clog with wider heel than Dansko so not as "tippy" when walking outside on uneven ground (have almost twisted my ankle a few times with Danskos). I love Danskos for work and walking on floors. Someone I know loves their Klogs so tried them. They were good quality, nice-looking, nice wider heel base and seemed like they would be perfect for what I needed them for but just did not fit right, despite trying to love them. 1/2 size down from my usual size was good for length but still super wide and made my arch not fit correctly and too much effort to walk in them. Sadly, not for me and sent them back. But seem very nice for people with wide feet. Zappos, of course, was awesome.

These are huge! I always wear a size 9 and sometimes and 8½ and I am very disappointed right now because these shoes just arrived and they are gigantic. I would say they are a size and half bigger than a 9. They are also not like, "walking on a cloud" like the reviews mention. They are like walking in giants clod hoppers.

Very disappointed with these shoes wore them to work maybe 2 weeks and the seam on the front is already ripped. I do work in a restaurant and had no major workout in these Klogs. It feels like I wasted money.
