Shoe was just as pictured. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Ordered my regular width and size and they fit fine.

Sized up to 41 as I am a 9.5 usually bit the 40 probably would have been ok too, I’m just super picky about having enough space in your shoes.

I spent a lot of time pondering size and fit and I am so glad I went with Birkenstock’s own foot measuring information on their website. I have a regular (but flat) foot width, but still was in the “narrow” size. I am a very standard 9.5 and the 10-10.5 narrow fit perfectly. There is also a very impressive arch support in the sole that I did not know about but was pleasantly surprised to find. Comfortable and stylish, win/win.

Great from the first try on. No question of returning this comfortable and supportive sandal. Very chic looking on the foot. Just what I wanted.

I am a true size 10 "regular" (I have "skinny" feet but not usually/particularly "narrow"). I ordered a 41 (10-10.5) narrow based on the reviews and they feel great so far. I have read that there is a break in period with these shoes and I did over do it the first day - but I can tell that these are going to be great now that I actually believe that even I need to follow the break in instructions. Don't take these out of the box and expect to wear them full time right away without an adjustment period. Google "how to break in birkenstocks" for some tips.

I am normally a size 7 with regular-to-slightly wide feet. Now that I'm 8 months pregnant and the weather is getting warmer, I've been getting swelling in my feet and wanted a comfortable pair of sandals with good support. The size 38 narrow was perfect for me in these Birks, and the straps are adjustable to accommodate how much I'm swelling that day. I think the normal width would've had too wide of a footbed. Even with the soft footbed, I find that the material does rub against the inside of my foot around the arches, so I'm trying to wear them in around the house before taking them outdoors. Otherwise really pleased with these - the Birko-flor material seems decently water repellent and the black buckles on black straps go with everything.

I have several pairs of Birkenstock sandals and they never disappoint. The Arizona is dark navy , which is just as I hoped it would be. These sandals really needed no breaking in. I wore them shopping for 2 hours the very first time.

I have several pairs of Birkenstocks, that I've had for over 12 years and still wear. Further, I wear them all winter, although not in snow. They are warmer than my boots, even though they are open toed sandals. But the reason I'm writing is because I've never seen anyone mention that Birkenstocks will HEAL NEUROPATHY! Years ago, I was miserable with neuropathy, and my doctor told me that he could perform surgery on it, but that typically surgery only helped for a short time. Then my chiropractor told me to go try out some Birkenstocks. I was in SO much pain, that I went directly to the store, although I didn't have much real hope. The staff measured my foot, and I put on the sandals and instantly ALL THE PAIN WAS GONE!!! I burst into tears, because the 15 foot walk from my car to the store had been so painful, and now it was COMPLETELY GONE. As long as I was wearing Birks, I NEVER had pain. Eventually, the neuropathy totally went away, and I can wear other types of shoes (or go barefoot). But those Birks??? ... I STILL HAVE THEM. STILL LOVE THEM. Wear them outside in COLD COLD weather and my feet stay warmer than they do in boots. I don't always wear Birks, now ... but I have never seen any ad mentioning that Birks can help with ... and even HEAL ... neuropathy foot pain. They also are MUCH warmer than BOOTS, in cold weather. You REALLY should consider advertising for that.

I love my Arizona Berks. Have been wearing these for over 20 years. The regular width works well for my wide foot and are also great for my sweaty feet since they are cooling and absorbent but don’t smell. For the past 5 years I have been wearing them in the house after I got planter fasciitis. I needed shoes with good support since we have tile flooring on a cement foundation which is like walking on pavement all day. Having the “soft footbed” is an added plus and is worth the extra cost!!!
