These are my go-to sandals during every season. They are comfortable and easy to slip into. I wear them with and without socks, depending on the weather. Sometimes they get a little damp if your feet sweat a lot, but it isn't that big of a problem - although this does require occasional cleaning and maintenance. They are comfortable for short to moderate periods of time, but beware when walking a lot, my feet sometimes cramp up. Nonetheless, my Birks are a relief for my feet at the end of a long day.

Love these shoes. They are my first pair so I don't know how to compare them, but they have great arch support. I wear a 6 and have a narrow foot; the 5.5-6 narrow fit perfectly although it did have to tighten the buckles. My only complaint with the silver color is that the silver finish has started to wear after 2 weeks already so I have duller silver patches all over the surface; I found that disappointing.

Somewhat comfortable out of the box. Can't wait to see how they feel after I break them in.

I ordered these in 39 b/c my usual shoe size is 8.5 women's. My toe and heel went right to the edge so these seemed a bit short in length. I ordered a 40/9 instead and hopefully they won't be too long. Also, I have very narrow feet so these shoes on my are about comfort, not style. I wish Birkenstock made this model in a size that is actually narrow. The narrow Arizonas are definitely nowhere near narrow.

I haven't had a pair of Arizona Birkenstocks since the 90s when they were really in style! I've had them now for about 2 weeks and am still breaking them in. I have a narrow foot and ordered the size 42 Narrow. I have long AND thin feet! I am 5'10 woman, and I've just always had big feet! So, technically Birkenstock says these are about a woman's 11.5 and if it's a sandal I can wear 11s or 11.5 but closed-toe shoes I definitely need an 12. It fits the length pretty well for me, but I ended up adjusting the buckle closest too my ankle today because the shoes were starting to slip off when I walked! Hopefully that helps. If you're looking to buy Birks for the first time just know they will be a little uncomfortable for the first few days - don't go on long walks, but maybe 30 minutes to an hour spent out in them. They need time to break in and mold to your feet! P.S. I love the silver color, but really wanted these in the rose gold, and I guess they don't make 'em that big for people with large feet : (

I really wanted some black Birks that had black buckles. I finally got these and they're perfect--same comfort as I'm used to with the soft footbed, but I love the monochrome look.

These shoes are super comfy! I normally wear a 37 regular width, but I got the narrow in these because they run wider than normal. The style is cute and I love the color (I got them in silver). I also love the softer footbed. Unfortunately I think I might be returning because they just look very bulky on my feet. A lot of my friends have these sandals and they look great on them, but for some reason I think they look a little silly on me because I'm so petite! But that is an issue with me personally- they are wonderful shoes and very well made and worth the money :)

Want to love this shoe...the style and color are great but just too wide for me

I love them. The width runs large. I'm a medium width but got the narrow as suggested. The length seems better too.

I love Birkenstocks but their sizes are not consistent. This shoe was too wide for me even tho it was a narrow.

I love these shoes! I wore Birkenstocks when I was a teenager (20 years ago!) and I'm so happy they are back! I ended up getting a size larger than my normal size, and it fit initially. Then after a few months of wear, they have stretched out. Even though are the neat and most comfy shoes ever, they do feel too big now. Just take that into account when ordering, and when you try them on - they will stretch out a little.

I have tried Birkenstock in the past, but the regular footbed was too hard. The soft footbed helps, but I still think it will take some time to get use to the feel. I like the look. The silver color is very versatile, not too shiny. I normally wear a 6½M, but because Birks run wide, I ordered a 37N. The 37 (which is suppose to fit 6-6½) was too long. I exchanged them for a 36N which fits perfectly.

I purchased these in traditional and soft footbed styles. I have worn Birkenstocks for years and love them. While the soft footbed had more cushion, I found that it did not provide as much arch support as the traditional. I also have a bunion on the outside of one foot and the soft footbed felt slightly more narrow.

Exactly what I was looking for BUT my foot in the left shoe didn't sit properly. My toes were hanging over the outer edge of the sandal. I was hoping to try a different pair of the same sandal in the same size and color. Please let me know if that's possible. If not, I'll have to return the sandals. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

This is supposed to be a soft footbed shoe, but it sure doesn't feel like it. Birkenstock must have changed how they make the soft footbed.

I have been wearing the Arizona soft footbed for many, many years and this is the first time I am disappointed in them. They must have changed something because they are no where near as soft as they use to be. They are now just a little bit softer than the regular, hard footbed. I'm so sad they have changed.

Love these sandals but it looks like Birkenstock changed the soft footbed -- and not for the better. The soft footbed used to be quite comfortable, but the new style is much harder, like the original sandal. Very disappointing, so I sent them back.

I love the style, but I have flat feet and after trying to get them to mold to my feet by wearing them every day for 1-2 hr, I got blisters. I read the soft bed gives blisters to flat feet people so I'll try the other type.

The upper strap was too high on my foot, which made it uncomfortable. I love the fit except for this being a problem .

Didn't fit. Leather upper. Way too narrow.

placed an order over the phone and wanted 38 regular width and the narrow was sent. Also, the metal buckles were scratched

I wanted to like these, but the longer I wore them, the more they hurt my feet, pressure in the wrong places.

I really like the softer foot bed and the adjustable straps, but the synthetic 'birko-flor' straps were so cheap looking and had a felt lining - returned immediately! For that price, go with the real leather for sure!
