While these steel toed boots are made for rugged work, I use them every day for walking and playing. They are a little heavier than my last pair, however in one week its not noticeable anymore.

My first pair of Keens lasted almost 10 years working in refineries and petrochemical plants, along with daily use as hiking boots. I flat wore them out. They were the most comfortable boots I have ever had. Finally the soles cracked through and leaked. But 10 years of hard wear... Now the new boots are very comfortable and just barely broken in, I expect they will last and provide several years of service as well. I really like these boots. One thing with these boots though is it might be a good idea to get a half-size larger than normal if available and go wide also because that is good advice. Mine are snug (real snug fit) at 11-wide but still comfortable. Any tighter fit, I would have to trade for a 12 since there are not 11.5 available (I think). Anyway, all is good and these will do fine.

Build quality is exceptional. Will last me a long time I am sure. I struggle with heel slip so I am working on the correct combo of insert, sock and lacing technique to eliminate blister risk. Breaking in the boot will help. Comfortable boot with roomy toe box for my older feet.

Second pair of these, sixth pair of Keen boots. Extremely comfortable, like a hiking boot. Actually used my last pair as a hiking boot.

I bought a pair of these back in 2020 and I'm just now looking to replace them. They were exceptionally comfortable and light (I have them with an aluminum toe) and I loved them. My only complaint is the construction of the black fake leather bit right behind your achilles... in using my thumb to slide my heel in when these were very new, that bit split right open on both shoes. It never affected the comfort or usability of these boots, but I would recommend a redesign of that part.

I've just bought my second pair. Oddly I had to buy a half-size larger than all my other shoes, and my previous Braddocks. I use them solely for yardwork, year round unless it's below freezing. I like the fit, comfort and protection. The only thing I don't like is the durability. My previous pair lasted only three years and then the soles split badly at the flex point. I hoped they would have lasted 5 years.

Im probably on my fourth or fifth pair of these boots, theyre the most comfortable/lightweight boots Ive ever worn and most importantly theyre made in the USA. They last about a year until the foam is showing through the rubber outsole but I do work on train tracks and have them on 12 hrs a day. Last two pairs purchased I also bought the high arch insoles which make them even more comfortable for me.

Keen boots are the most comfortable boots I have worn and awesome support for long work days on my delivery job. I have been driving and delivering for 28 years. Keen boots live up-to the work and weather conditions I have to work in. Long days are alot easier with a good boot .Working in all types of weather and jobsites.

It's difficult to find boots in my size (15), so finding this, I tried them out. I'm not 100% sold on this pair yet, my feet tend to like the Pittsburgh model better. I'm hoping they will last, but time will tell. The tread does seem to grip well, and I haven't had any issues sliding on steel plate. The boot has a lot of cushion around the ankle, which may be driving my foot too forward into the boot, giving me the impression the boot is too small.

These appear to be just the way they are described for size and width. I would probably go with a wide next time as they feel a little snug. Otherwise I love the styling. I wear them outside of work too.

These are true to size. I like the fact they have a lot of room in the toe box. I do not like that they do not have much arch support. I tried a couple different insoles in them and none felt right. Returning them in hopes that I can find a better fit. They are very well constructed boots, though!
