Excellent right out of the box! It doesn't slip on the carpet because it has a good, subtle grip on the bottom. I have an 11W-narrow heel foot and this shoe did not slide off. Oyster is perhaps a shade darker than I was looking for in a beige/nude range shoe, but it actually works really well with my skin tone and the skirts and pants I plan to wear it with. A good contrast! I also purchased the navy.

Out of the box comfort. Good gripping powers on the bottom, and this shoe did not slide off my 11W-narrow heel foot. I am glad I also ordered the same shoe in the nude color because I would have surely been back to get it!

I love these shoes. I still need to break them in but they are by far the most comfortable heeled shoes that I have tried on. I have these in another color (cheyenne) and now got these in black. I do not wear heels very often - so I like the height of the heel as well. I do have to wear bandages on the tops of my feet where the shoe edge meets the top of my foot (I have it so you cannot see the bandage) but I know once they are worn in, they will be very good. I have worn them all day to work without troubles (would get blisters without the Band-Aid but again, they are not broken in yet). I normally wear a 7, but sometimes a 6½. The 6½ fits great in this brand.

Very flattering shoe with skirts for office. The only low pump I have found with ample room in the toe box and a snug fit in the heel, no slipping. I was continuously on my feet for first two days of wearing and found them to be extremely comfortable. Lots of comfort hidden within a shoe with timeless, classic look

I find these comfortable. For a wedding I searched high and low for a pair of low pumps to match my dress - came across this brand (in the cheyenne color) and they were more comfortable then any of the other brands I tried on. Did start getting blisters at top of foot where ridge rubbed my foot but just put bandages on and had no issues. I think once they are worn in, they will be even more comfortable then what they are now. I have worn them to work several times already and did fine all day long (wore the bandaids yet since they are not worn in yet). They have a nice heel height - not too high. I liked them so much that I got a pair in black now. For size - in most shoes I wear a 7, but occasionally I fit in a 6.5, for this brand the 6.5 fit nicely.

Just received my Propet shoes. Love them! Finally a pair shoes that fit! I've searched high and low for a pair of comfortable, low heel shoes for work that are dressy and comfortable. My search is over. Thank you Propet and Zappos. Never discontinue this shoe!

These shoes may not be super stylish, but they are awesome comfortable! I plan on owning every single color. A great, practical work shoe for anyone who has to spend a lot of time on their feet! Goes great with my less than super stylish pant suits, too.

I originally purchased the 7½W because in the past my wide feet often pinch even in 7W shoes so getting the half size larger helps. When they arrived they were too long but the width was perfect so I was confident that I could go with my true size, a 7 and get a wide. I sent them back for 7W and they are super comfortable. I bought them in the reddish which is kind of a brick red which will go great with gray, camel, navy, etc. and got them navy blue. I walk all day in my job and I am glad I found these. I love them!

I have a narrow foot, bunion and difficulty finding shoes to fit. I always wear Propet gym shoes so ordered a size 8 as usual. These were a bit big so ordered a 7 1/2 which fit perfectly. They were tight on the bunion, but being that they are leather I used a shoe stretcher. I wore them to a wedding yesterday with no pain. Love the neutral color which will go with just about everything I have.

I've been looking for a pair of navy pumps for literally years. They're scarce in retail stores in my size 7 1/2 AA. I needed them for a special weekend trip and decided to try Zappos -- my last resort. I ordered on Wednesday afternoon before I was to leave on Friday. They arrived Thursday morning. Wow! What service! The first time I put them on I knew they were perfect in every way. I wore them 10 hours through a busy day with lots of walking. Such comfort! From now on Zappos with be my first resort. Thanks, Zappos.

The first time I wore these shoes I had them on for six hours and had no problem with comfort or fit. These are great little pumps that can go with dresses or pants. Love them!

I ordered these shoes in a 7w and 7 ww as I wasn't sure which would fit. I have very wide feet and have a lot of trouble finding wide comfortable shoes. The 7w were the right fit for me and they are extremely comfortable! Returning the other pair was really easy.

These shoes have really been a God-send. My tailor bunion has grown to a point where I need double wides. I used these on a business trip to Singapore and Hong Kong where I walked a lot and forgot the whole time I had foot problems. They were so comfy!

I love these shoes. I didn't need to break them in, they are so soft and flexible. I wear an 11-11.5 medium width and the size 11 fit perfectly.

I am trying to get these to stretch a bit. I will admit my feet are wide but these are not made for people with wide feet. That being said, I love the color. They are the right height of heel for a work and they are pretty!

I was looking for comfortable pumps to wear with dresses and skirts. After trying 2.5-3" heels in other brands, I decided I needed a lower heel for true comfort. This shoe fit the bill and the price was very reasonable. I have not worn them all day yet (the true test) but have worn them to go to dinner and a wedding and they were fine for that length of time. They aren't super stylish but at least I am not in pain at otherwise enjoyable events. Also, they are one of the few shoes I tried where the heel was not too loose for my very narrow heels. I ordered a 10 N in black (10N and 9.5M are my usual sizes depending on the brand), and they are a tiny bit long but just putting a small pad in each shoe took care of that and added to the comfort.

I was looking for a basic black pump, so I tried this one. While the shoe looked to be what I wanted, this was not it. The shoe was a "large " size nine. The shoe looked nice, but the fit was an issue for me.

Propet is my go-to shoe brand. Their shoes are stylish and well made (usually out of natural materials). I purchased these shoes in the patent leather and they are really beautiful. Unfortunately, they seem a little longer and much wider than the D width I usually take. I would recommend sizing down if you are between sizes.

Classic and stylish, great for walking around at work all day, under pants or a skirt. However, the sizing/quality control is off. I'm a consistent size 7 but the 7 in Navy was too big so I had to exchange it for the 6 1/2. But I also have this same shoe in black, and it's a 7. Just order two sizes and see what fits.

These ran really large. I would say a full size! They are comfortable and decent quality for the price.

I was ready to keep this pair, but then realized that the right shoe was larger than the left shoe by a pretty noticeable amount. I could put a full finger behind my foot and the inside of the right shoe. The left one fit perfectly...but I need two well fitting shoes. Sorry to return.

These are really nice for women who need comfort and style. I ordered a size 10 but had to insert heel liners because they are a tad too big. I would have returned them for a smaller size but needed them for an event that week and could not find a similar pair anywhere in this town. So, assuming that the shoes would fit well, these make a great addition.

I'm glad I ordered these shoes. I have terrible foot problems and usually can't find attractive shoes that are comfortable. These are comfortable enough, though not perfect, and I like the low heel. Might order them in red too.

I found these shoes to be about 1/2 size too long. The height seems comfortable. So I am ordering them in a smaller size. They are simple and sophisticated.

Nice shoes. Comfortable and fit true to size. They do stretch a little when wearing them.
