Same Birk comfort you know and love. I ordered the dark brown and the taupe. I did NOT like the hardware on the brown ones (which is the same hardware on the taupe, but it looks better on the taupe sandal IMO). The suede straps are buttery soft and I may keep the taupe ones. I take a 7 in flats and pumps and 8 in trainers and the 39 fit me fine. I do get a teensy bit of rub on the tip of my third toe, but my toes are abnormally long. The 40 was way too big.

I have had several different styles of Birkenstocks over the years and still is a quality product. A timeless classic sandal that is versatile enough to go with a number of outfits or if you are out around town or at the beach.

Really wanted to like these, but they were weirdly too big. I've been doing some trial and error to get the right size. Turns out, ordering a full size up but a narrow fit works for me. Had to return these because even with the buckles closed at the narrowest points, they were still too big. Additionally, the leather straps almost touched the ground because they were so long. I normally wear a 5.5 wide or 6 regular. I'd ordered a 4-4.5 regular in this shoe. I am sticking to 5-5.5 narrow here on out with this brand.

These dont hold up very well so def get the cork conditioner and leather protector! But i love these and go great with everything!

Good experience. But, why do you no longer have sales?! I would make more purchases if you periodically had sales. Everyone enjoys sales.

I've had several pairs of these sandals over the years. They used to last me around 4-5 years before wearing through the outsole and the insole getting hard and dirty. My last pair lasted only about 3 years. I bought the care and cleaning kit this time so hopefully that helps with maintenance. I usually get the taupe suede but this time I got mocha suede. The pic looks like a dark brown that is almost the same color as outsole, but my straps are MUCH darker, almost black. I wanted them to be more brown but I guess different dye lots used in manufacturing may vary. I may contact Zappos and try an exchange to see if another pair is more brown. If they aren't I'll just keep those ones.

Beautiful design. Usually the Arizona Birkenstocks I have purchased in the past came in level 3 arch support (pronounced) but the arch support in this Arizona softbed is more like level 2 (moderate) arch support. Would like to see more arch supports in the softbed insoles. It would have been more helpful if zappos defines the particular Birkenstock level of arch support (as footprints.com does) in their description.

The straps were so loose on the last hole that my feet slid around.

the suede was flimsy and floppy. Looked like material that would not hold up at all.

Really wanted these to work for me. In getting older, my feet are changing and I can not walk around without shoes. Need something to wear in the house, that's comfy and has a bit of support. For some reason every pair/style of Birkenstock hit the left side of my left foot, the foot bed seemed to sharp or rigid? Bummed out about not being able to wear them. Thanks Zappos for understanding!

All around to small tried next size up in narrow they just fit had to send back.

The feel very large. I have several others in the same style and size and these are different.

Did not fit me like my last pair of Berks…can’t wear them… rather disappointed.

I’ve tried out several different styles/sizes of Birkenstock’s and they just are not for me. My foot is too wide for the proper length of this shoe and the next size up is wide enough but too long.

I ordered these and thought they wore too big so I called cust service and she said I should stick with the size I had ordered. I’m totally bummed because they are too big. I’ve tried to wear & like them but go down in size. I actually tripped on them today! ??

I wanted to love these shoes. I wore them around the house for a couple of weeks trying to get them to mold to my feet. My very flat feet never were comfortable in them. My feet would get very painful around the arch of the foot (I have absolutely no arch). I will be returning them.

The shoes arrived with one shoe looking like it was dragged on the floor. It has dirt and you can see a where the suede is worn and discolored. This is the first time this has ever happened to me with Zappos. unfortunately it is a christmas gift so now deciding if i return them before or after christmas. UGH

These are a good two full size larger. A US size 6 or 6 1/2 fits me perfect but I have to order a UK 4.5 for this brand to fit me decent but that size is NEVER in stock in the style that I want. These were ridiculously over-sided. Plain stupid and I'm seriously about to drop the Birkenstock brand for good.

When my husband opened these for Christmas, I took one look and realized there were two different colors of shoes in the box. I was horrified and disappointed that this could happen through Zappos. Back they go!
