After receiving an order for slippers I have ordered in the past, and the fit has now changed, I ordered these slippers based on customers' reviews and was very pleased with this item. I wear a wide, but ordered this slipper that only comes in medium and it fits great. I like the way it comes up around my foot. It fits a bit bigger, but is certainly not sloppy. So, thanks for everyone's honest reviews! I also want to add that when I returned the first pair the customer service rep was very straight forward in explaining the difference between returning and exchanging.

Yet, another great Acorn slipper. This one is my spring/summer slipper as it is light and has comfy terry cloth lining. I also like the rubber sole which prevents slipping.

Absolutely love Acorn slippers! Usually buy the thongs, but these were so cute, I couldn’t resist. All Acorn slippers are super comfy and I love that I can throw them into the washer. They also hold up extremely well and are true to size.

These classic Acorn slippers are wide and soft enough to stretch easily, so I am glad I read the reviews and ordered a size down. I usually take an 8, mostly for the width, and ordered them in medium which fits perfectly for a slipper. They have a soft rubber sole that is flexible but sturdy enough to travel across a wet floor or take a quick trip outdoors. They are minimally constructed, perfect for stepping in and out of as slippers should be. I think they look great in the grey and white stripes. There are many similar slippers available on the Internet for less money, but the Acorn slipper is the only one with quality that you can trust.

I've had Acorn slippers before, but now I need summer ones. I know to buy a size smaller because they run large. These are perfect for my needs––have a proper sole so I can take out the trash and won't slip on our wooden stairs, can go in the washing machine so when I dropped pesto on them on day 1 it wasn't a problem, and they are light enough that I can wear them in the summer.

My daughter LOVES these slippers. They're comfy, not too hot, and not too bulky. Very cute and not too slippery either. Highly recommend.

I have always purchased and enjoyed the Acorn Moc Chinchilla. Since we are going into spring and they can be a little hot sometimes I decided to buy the Moc Summer Weight. They are lighter, cooler and a little less cushy making them feel like they don't have much arch support. The bed of the Chinchilla molds to your feet creating some arch support. My one complaint, not enough to return, is the slipper feels a little rough around the opening of the slipper. Since the sizes go from one size up to the next size you are bound to have some movement when walking. The roughness was a little annoying. I could put a sock on to allieve the rub but then it isn't really a summer weight anymore. All in all I am keeping them, they are a lot cuter than the chinchilla.

First, I really like Acorn and the style. Unfortunately, I'm returning the Moc beause of the width. It's medium but the reviews indicated possibly running a little wider than medium. Please carry mor wide width or ask this vendor to have width width slippers. Some of us were simply were born with wide widths.

Great slippers and super cute. Offer just enough warmth when I need it during cold seasons, especially with hardwood floors. I don’t like having heavy slippers that make my feet sweat.

So happy with these slippers! I am a size 10.5-11 depending on the shoe so I was a bit worried that I'd be out of the range for the XL slipper, but as other reviewers have noted they definitely run large and are a perfect fit for me. I would definitely size down if you are a true 9.5 or even a 10, unless you plan to wear them with socks. I would also agree with some other reviewers that these are a little warmer than what I would refer to as "summerweight", but they should work OK for me since my feet always tend to be cold. So far these are fantastic for wearing around the house, and I love the grey/pink star design. I wouldn't plan on wearing them out of the house but I also wouldn't be totally mortified if I ran out to pick up my son at daycare and forgot to take them off (which let's face it is bound to happen eventually). Hoping they will wash and hold up well over time.

Love these slippers! The grey with pink star design is very cute, and the slippers feel comfortable as well as durable.

I wear 7 1/2 to size 8 shoe. I am one of those people who have had a pair of these for years. And I do mean years. Probably 10. When my foot started slipping off the outside edge and some separation became visible I tried to glue them back together. No luck. And what a mess! I was sad because, of course, these had become my go-to slippers/shoes when the doorbell rings. I knew I was going to have to replace them but had never actually turned them over to check for id markings. Even when I was gluing themI never noticed it. Well, one the day I decided it was, indeed, time to buy new slippers! (Gasp!!??). Imagine my delight when I saw the Acorn! And the size! (M). This will be a no brainer! I jumped on Zappos and, bingo, there it was. And I saw the summer collection. Best of all worlds! I had to reluctantly admit my old ones were a little warm. So I immediately ordered the cool ones. When they arrived it was like Christmas. I ripped open the package expecting a perfect fit.... how could it go wrong? Could barely get them on or I would have kept them and waited for them to stretch out. (Something I never, ever do with shoes). I was thanking the Zappo gods and looked for any paperwork inside of the box, which I hastily cast aside, being certain that they would fit and be the quality I was expecting. Panic. Tear the house apart. Go through the trash. Nothing! Ok, got on line and again the Zappo gods were on my side. Printed out the return form, shipped them off, got my $ back (still a little skittish), re-ordered the L, fit perfectly, great quality, and had the chance to “try them on” thanks to Zappos. I know this is way too long. If you have read this far, go buy your favorite Acorn slippers. Just be sure to get them through Zappos.

Great slippers, as usual. But, size wise, I usually wear 81/2 so ordered 8-9. I felt the slipper was a bit too large (my heel slipped a bit) and I was worried it would stretch. So, I exchanged it for a size 7. As expected it felt a bit short but has stretched a little, so I am ok with the size 7.

These are very comfy slippers. Solid enough to get the mail in. Fit large. I wear 8.5 usually, and the Mediums (6.5-7.5) fit perfectly. If you wear a 9, get a Large.

These are very comfortable slippers. I wear an 8.5-9 and bought the Large, and it fits fine, with socks or barefoot. If you like a snug fit, these probably are not for you, but if you like comfort for hanging around the house, they are great. Lighter weight works well for spring/summer.

Love these slippers - they are a more summery version of the Acorn Sherpa-type style that I bought from Zappos last fall. I agree with everyone that they do run a little large - I'm a size 6, and ordered SMALL; they are a bit loose but are fine with socks, which is ok by me. I bought the gray and white stripe, and I love them -- I am a slipper fanatic, I don't go barefoot in the house, so I consider myself a bit of an expert. And in answer to the question above, they are machine washable, I washed them in one of those net bags, but let them air dry, and they were perfect afterwards.

I love these comfy little gems:) I wear a size 7 (which is what I bought) , and if I wasn't wearing socks with these slippers, they'd be too big. Super wide, but very comfy.

I took them out of the box and have never looked back. They are perfect for my needs. I was looking for a pair of "house shoes" and as soon as I saw the picture of the Acorn Moc Summerweight I knew they would be just what I was looking for. I got the bright madras color, in size Large (my normal shoe size is 8-81/2). I have also worn them outside because of the non-slip outsole. I highly recommend these shoes.
