Smallest 9 I’ve ever encountered- and I’m normally an 8.5 in most brands! The pair I got actually looked like they’d been tried on before (some debris on the soles), so I’m assuming I’m not the first person to find the size off and return them. I’ve found bed stu sizing to be variable based on the style in the past, though. It’s one of those brands where it’s best to order two different sizes at once and return the one that doesn’t fit. BEAUTIFUL though- the finish is very unique. The color is taupe with gray variations and rusty brown/red - added a pic in natural light

Bed Stu makes beautiful shoes: well made, tidy craftsmanship, thoughtful design. They run small. I knew they ran small, so I ordered a half size larger. The length is good but the boot is tight across the top of my foot (medium width shoes typically fit me). It's not painful and I believe the leather will break-in, so I'm going? to keep them bc they're awesome!

This is my second pair of Bed Stu boots I've bought and returned. I LOVE the bespoke look and the quality looks good but, they are very uncomfortable. No padding in the footbed and very little arch support. They do run small, which isn't really an issue as I just bought the next size up. LOOKS five stars, comfort one. :-(

I ordered these boots in 7 and 7.5 because I read reviews that they run small. I am a true size 7 and the 7's were definitely a little snug and 7.5 felt more comfortable, but the color of the 7's were more what I was going for so I kept those and returned the 7.5's. So just be aware that the color leather will vary because they are true leather, but otherwise these are the nicest boots I own now and I love them! Overall pretty comfortable, but yes they run a little bit small.

This is my third pair of Bed Stu shoes. The first winter pair. They did not disappoint. Was looking for a boot that was a little sexier,less clunky,rich, neutral shade. This pair was the winner. Fit perfectly out of the box . Despite the heel I was able to walk comfortably all day in the city with them. Added bonus is the side zipper for easy and off.

Very nice boots! I ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly. I’ve worn them twice so far - they are very comfortable even for me, a person who usually wears flat boots and shoes. They were a little pricey but the workmanship on these boots is stellar. I would definitely recommend them.

Fit is good,I read prior reviews and purchased a 1/2 larger. The leather smells awesome! They look fabulous and feel was simply nice, I CANT WAIT to wear them,I'm so excited. I been looking for a shoe for years! I'm picky yes, glad I found Bed Stu Judgement; I'm in love!

Love these booties and the red sole sold me on them. Add a 1/2 size to your norm.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE BOOTS. They are super comfy & i am able to wear hours on end. I got the brown ones and they adorable!! I normally wear between 7 1/2 & 8 but I had to get a 8 1/2. Id love to get black ones if they become available in my size.

These are amazing and will be so cute with fall dresses! I was concerned about comfort, but they are perfect. I am usually a 7.5. The 8.5 fit well.

After returning the size 8 1/2 boots; Zappos quickly sent size 9 1/2 within 2 days! If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is! Anyway, these 9 1/2's feel like my normal size 8-8 1/2. So, size up ladies! They are gorgeous boots and seem very well made.

Amazing boot, fit and style perfect!

I own three pairs of these. A silver lux, a tan, and a silver lux which I stripped and dyed burgundy and black. I live in them. They are the most comfortable boots I own. But the sizing is definitely off. I am an 8.5/9, and all three pairs of these that I have are 9.5s. They get compliments every time I wear them. I make sure I wear them to concerts where I'm going to be standing the whole time because I'm short and they lift me up, but also because my feet never hurt all night long.

I love these boots but due to how small they run, I went up a full size and they were still too small.

The style and weathered look of these boots could not be more perfect. My main complaint is this manufacturer makes these boots a full size smaller. I have had to return these twice trying to figure out the sizing and now Zappos is out of the next size up. If Bed Stu can get the sizing right and make the foot bass a little more comfortable, then I would think they would sell the heck out of these boots.

These boots are gorgeous but Oh! so tight. My feet measure an 8 and I usually order 8.5. I'm thinking I need to go to a 9.5 in these boots.

A little stiff. A little short.

This was a gift. I was told that after walking on the rug for awhile, it felt very uncomfortable.

I ordered a half size up and they are still way too tight!! Super cute though, hoping they'll eventually get the size I need in stock.
