Nice look... Not sure about the color. I bought the grey color, but definitely not taupe or grey. Ran small for a 10, you can loosen the laces but still snug for a big calf-16 in. Probably wouldn't buy this brand again because this is the second pair and they would not go with several things, onesie twosie type of wear.

I love the style on these boots! I will say that they were a bit smaller than other brands. I wear a size 6 and the 7 would be too big. I added arch supports as it feels like the slope of the heel toward to toe starts a bit early and puts extra pressure on the toes. The heel is not that high so it is bearable, but unfortunate. I may take them to a bootmaker to adjust the slope...build it out a bit. They are traffic stopping beautiful though!

I fell in love with these boots when I saw them online and had to have them. I have never spent $350 on any pair of shoes, but these won me over. When they arrived and I opened the box, they looked even better in person. But now that I have worn them over this winter, I am less impressed with them. The styling of these boots is outstanding - I get compliments every time I wear them. The black is more of a charcoal grey but I knew that from other reviews and am fine with the color. The red in the back is a maroon/burgundy color and is beautiful. As other reviewers have said, they are hard to pull on and this is due to the inside being suede - it grips your jeans or leggings like velcro. Loosening the laces does not help this issue. Given the price, I am disappointed in two main things. I feel that the workmanship should be much higher at this price. The sole of my boots has a minor visible flaw, the dye on the leather is uneven across my left toe, and the laces are sewn together with white thread (and also don't stay tied, but that's not due to workmanship). Secondly, these boots are not as comfortable as I would expect for being so expensive. I have added inserts to add padding and arch support, and the heel is still cutting into me a little bit after several months of breaking in. Overall, I love the look of these boots but am disappointed given the price point. If these had been $150 instead of $350, I would give them four or five stars.

These boots are beautiful, however the inside at the ankle is so small that it takes me 15 minutes and alot of sweat to pull them on. I have only worn them a couple of times because of this. They need to loosen them up for them to be easier to wear.

I wanted to love these boots but I ordered a 9 and from the moment I pulled the boot out of the box looked at the sole, I knew that these would not fit. Most likely a size smaller. The boot is truly made for a person with lean calves - so it did not work for me.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the look of these...However, they do not fit a wider calf. If you have a wider calf, you have to tie about half way down so the top flounces out on both sides (looks like Dumbo ears). The back has a leather piece to hide the skin which makes it VERY tight if you have over 16.5 calves. I have athletic calves and these were VERY tight w/o tights at the mid-calf. These are BEAUTIFUL! Im still trying to figure out how to fix the top (maybe cut the leather piece & buy some leather strings and tie a bow at top?)-but for the price I shouldn't have to do this. not sure if I will keep, but these are very cute. WISH they would have made the leather piece that is in back larger for these. As others have mentioned, these are VERY hard to get on and get your foot seated without making your socks/tights very tight on your feet once you get them down there. The suede is in the inside also, which makes sliding into these pretty hard. Do I think they are worth the cost? No...because of the issues.

Gorgeous boot but too small. I have super skinny calves and for once a pair of tall boots that actually fit them snugly - but alas, I also have big feet. Size 11 US usually, but always a size 42. Depending on the brand that varies...these definitely fit like a 41. Boot was also tighter on my right foot than my left - not sure if that's a fault of the boot or my big feet - hah! If I thought it were possible to break them in, I would. Going back.

Cute boot but not worth the price. I am an 8 1/2 to 9 .. and I ordered a 10. There was a little room in the toe area but still tight everywhere else. Difficult to get on .. and not comfortable. The boots are so cute.. but the amount of time it takes to get on and off and comfort are not worth the price over all.

These boots fit really tight thru the ankle. Hard to get on and the laces are really loose and stick out.

I should have trusted other reviews that talked about how hard these were to put on. I was thinking it can't really be that hard, but it was! Once I managed to get one on I was disappointed that the laces in the back couldn't be tied. My caves are 16 inches, and this left no room to tie the laces. I'm so sad, because these boots are so cute! Needless to say these are going back.

Boots were extremely hard to get on, had to almost completely re-lace them to get them over my calf area. Once finally on after struggling for 20+ minutes they were uncomfortable and tight. Although super cute they will be getting returned. I even sized up and they didn't work for me.

I wanted this boots for so long, and I wanted to work, but they are incredibly uncomfortable, painful, not worth it!!! Takes to long to put in and take out, the zipper is a joke. Bad, Bad, Bad.

I was so excited to get this boots, I order the wine sueded, the back leather piece doesn't go all the way up, so it looks cheap made Im sorry but for the price you pay for this boots they should be perfect, the lace in the back of the boot is too short and my caves are only 14'' I don't think is hard to put them on like others reviews say, but when I put them on they were super droopy, they need to go back

For the cost I was very disappointed! I have very narrow feet, small ankles and thin calfs and it was hard to get them on, so I can imagine it would be nearly impossible for someone who has wider feet/ankles/calfs. The color was very different than the picture - it was almost an orange color. The strings are what made me love the style but they are a pain in the neck. I tried to fix the leather string so I had more string to close the very top, but after 5 minutes I gave up. I already sent them back.
