I find it interesting how few brands make really great black jeans. Levi's is one brand that does. It can get confusing with the Levi's many number offerings. The beauty of Zappos is that you can try several and when you find the style that works for you, send back those that don't work for free. I am an adult male. Wanted something for leisure as well as maybe put a sport coat on for those formal/informal occasions. The 541s are great. Great looking, great fit, not too stiff at the start. Just worth it.

Jeans are good, but have synthetics in their composition. Jeans composition: cotton 75% lyocell 24 % elastane 1 %. Since I lost weight in my legs, this style of jeans suits me very well. I think young people will like it too. In length, this model just unlike other models will not need to be shortened.

These jeans fit perfect, definitely recommend to anyone who has trouble finding jeans that are to tight in the thighs.

These fit perfectly. It's impossible to find a 37" anywhere, so I was pleasantly surprised to find them. The jeans are tapered nicely so they're just right around the thighs and ankles.

Ordered 35x36 - length was like a 34 (I expect after washing a 32 or 33" length)

Over the past couple of years, I've ordered nine pairs of these jeans for my husband. He used to be a competitive cyclist, and so has difficulty finding jeans that fit. These are perfect, most of the time. However, some "colors" have totally different sizes than others. Very strange, and buyer beware. So far, I have ordered, in the exact same size...34 x 32...the following: - Five pairs of Husker --- fit great, my husband likes them and he looks good in them. Unfortunately he wears them out, and he just tore a brand new pair... - One pair of Garland stretch --- too tight, and very little stretch. He couldn't get them past his calves. Are these really 34x32 541 Levi's? It says so on the label...are they fakes? They don't look like it, the branding and everything is correct. Weird. - One pair of "The Rich" --- same story. - One pair of Goldenrod --- fit great. ??! I am now ordering a few different pairs, and thanks to Zappos' return policy we don't have to worry if they don't fit, but I do hate having to make use of Zappos' policy to keep returning jeans that are supposed to be the same size and style. Someone at Levi's needs to try a few of these on as the sizes are wildly different.

Fit is ok in seat, but too tight in thighs and calves. The 32” length is closer to 33”.

Even though I am older, I maintain a fit physique. Levi's 541 fits me perfectly.

I wear Levi big and tall 541 these jeans certainly handle well for me I'm not one of those guys that wear my pants underneath my belly I work the way it's supposed to be worn what I like is it has a small stretch and it allows my pants to fit me perfect and still look like a classic Levi cut I rock my jeans with a small cuff at the bottom and they're super sharp crease I'm old school like that been wearing my pants like that since 75 I prefer wearing my 541s with a pocket tea and my classic iconic Converse Chuck 70s been rocking that style from way back and I still dressed like that to this day

Levis are consistent enough in fit for me... I always order the same waist and inseam and they've always been fine there. But I accidentally bought some 541s a couple of years ago and was immediately nuts for the stretch quality. Look and feel like regular jeans, but I could almost do yoga in them if I wanted. I just need to learn yoga. This latest pair feels even more durable and rugged, but they still stretch fine. Pretty great.

This is my 5th pair of 541s. I love them, the fit and feel.
