So far, so good. About a month wearing these for intermediate weight training and cardio and they've surprised me because I have never been a big fan of the Nike Free model due to their lack of support. I am 220 pounds but feel comfortable during and after my workouts wearing these. Flywire is not too pronounced but still does the trick and the bottoms hug flat surfaces well during dead lifts, squats, leg presses, etc. 30 minutes on an elliptical or stairmaster are fine but do not recommend for running or long walks on the street.

Look and feel great except for a bit tight in the toebox. Feel some stiffness that I usually don't experience with Nike, although I buy the Nike Free.

Because of my wide feet I almost always need to go up a size in Nikes. I got a half size larger in these but found it to still be too narrow. The flat sole provides great support while exercising.

These shoes are comfortable and awesome looking. They're a bit slick on wet/damp surfaces. Don't wear these shoes while running outside in the rain or in the snow even though it maybe ideal running conditions... lol! They're great for the gym.

This is a good shoe with some caveats. The toe box is pretty narrow which means a very snug fit up front. The shoe is nicely fitted in the heel and feels supportive. One could probably order 1/2 size up if you want a looser fit but your true fit will be a close one.

Great shoes, real comfy. But I had to order 1/2 a size up, so beware about that.

The shoes run a full size smaller than standard sizes. I wear a 10 1/2 but had to buy an 11 1/2 in this shoe. Overall, a very good shoe.

These shoes look great, but sizing was an issue. I have a 9½ foot, tried a 10 which were tight, got a 10½ which are a little big, but I have decided to keep them because they are great for my workouts.

These lightweight training shoes were changed since I bought the same or similar model about two years ago. I wore a size 8 in the previous version, but the current one in size 9 is too short and narrow.

I purchased this trainer as replacement for Nike Free v5, a much lighter and more flexible shoe. I thought to wear the trainer to play tennis, but the soles had rough spots that wouldn't be allowed on my clay courts. I couldn't wear them in the gym because the soles are much more slippery than the old shoes. I couldn't wear them for walking around because they are more narrow and the edges pinch into my ankles so they are uncomfortable. A disappointment for sure!

I think I've owned every version of Free's since the first and these are by far the worst in terms of comfort. They are the most un-Free like Free's ever. Rigid soles and huge stiff heel cup that digs into your achilles and actually bruised me. Also seems half size smaller because of the rigidness in the toe box. Wish I went for the more expensive 3.0's.

I love the style, however I wear a size 11 in almost all Nike sneakers. Especially the Nike Free Run series. These Nikes unfortunately are a poor fit - period. Size 11½ is too big, size 11 is too tight. Bummer. Nike Free Trainer 3.0 v4 fit much better!
