I'm very happy with these shoes. I am on my feet all day at work and my old pair was worn out. These have great support and are comfortable. The little pop of color makes them not look drab. And the cut allows space for the bunion on my left foot. They didn't take any breaking in.

Great shoe! Bought these to where to work. I walk 5 to 6 miles a day and they were so comfortable from the minute I put them on. Love them so much ordered second pair. True to size light weight.

I wore these in Costa Rica walking on a rocky trail for 5 miles and they were GREAT! The arch support is perfect. I was worried they might not have enough cushioning but it wasn't necessary. The shape of the shoe kept my feet in the right position and I had no pain or fatigue. The toe box is wide enough that my Mortons Neuroma was not bothered at all. I mention Costa Rica also because it was HOT and my feet were not hot or sweaty at all. Breathability on these is great. I just wish there were more colors.

If you have wide feet these are the shoes for you. They also have great arch support. But they feel different than other athletic shoes. You have to try them for yourself to know for sure.

I got these for Jazzercise class but I have not tried them yet. They feel really good on and arch support seems good. My normal 8½ size fits well.

This is my second pair - I also have the light blue and silver, that I decided to keep clean for the gym. I purchased the black/aqua pair for general use because they are incredibly comfortable. I went up half a size, which was perfect for me. They have excellent arch support, a wide (not too wide) toe box, and the narrow heel that I find much better than others brands that tend to "slosh" around on my feet. The price is right, too.

I've had a hard time finding sneakers that fit right and are supportive. My feet are wide in the front and narrow at the heal. I love these. Very comfortable. True to size. I'm thinking about ordering another pair as a backup.

Ryka Dash has to be the best, most supportive shoe ever. First shoe I've purchased of any style that has been non-stop comfort from the moment they came out of the box. I'm a larger woman with very high arches and wide feet. My first experience with this brand/style lasted over a year with near-daily wear. Worth every dime. I was apprehensive about the Dash 2 version, but it fits perfectly as well. Back for my 2nd and 3rd pairs.

Really wanted to keep these and I think they would have been great if I didn't have a funky "Frankenstein" foot with scar tissue issues.

I had not ever heard of the brand Ryka until I searched for shoes on Zappos. I love Zappos, they are the greatest and very price comparable. I love my new Rykas. Thanks, Zappos, for the best website ever.

Reviewed at Ryka
I have bought Ryka's for over 15 years now and they never disappoint. The shoes look great and feel goodl. I always order a 1/2 bigger and they fit just right. The blue portion around the ankle has nice support.

I have the original Dash and I just love them; I walk at least two miles every day with my jack russell terrier and the comfortable higher arch support is perfect! I am ordering another pair right now.

I've been buying the Ryka Dash for 3 years now; I found them exceptionally comfortable for working on concrete floors all day. When I discovered that Ryka was introducing the Dash 2, I was skeptical - what could possibly improve my favorite walking shoe? The differences between this shoe and the original Dash are minor (the Dash 2 seems a little shorter for the same size, and the upper design has changed), but the important parts still feel great. The arch is comfortably high, the sole is flexible and non-skid as expected, and the heel support is firm and just bouncy enough to literally put a spring in my step. Coming from an old pair to these felt amazing and they took no time to break in. Ryka, you're doing great work here. I'll be back for another pair in the spring.

I am a senior, 70+ years old. I have advised to get as much weight bearing exercise as possible. My primary source of weight bearing exercise comes from walking as often as I can. I consider an investment in shoes as my purchase of "exercise equipment" so over the years I have sought the best shoes and was willing to pay more than usual if need be to get good walking shoes. This is the first time I've bought this brand, Ryka, and they are the best fitting walking shoes I have found - and they are more affordable that some other brands I've purchased in the past. My shoe size is 5 W and it is not always easy for me to find a shoe that fits well in length, width and with the arch support perfectly placed and comfortable. This is the best I've ever found and I will be a return Ryka customer. Thankfully Zappos doesn't lose patience when it is necessary to keep sending back and forth until the right pair of shoes is found. 5 stars to these Ryka Dash 2 shoes and of course always 5 stars to Zappos!

These walking shoes are the best I've had in a while. Great support and cushioning and all around comfort. I've just ordered 2 more pairs, as I find some good shoes just don't keep coming back. They come back as new versions with changes or are discontinued. Would like to see more color choices.

Not sure what the difference is between Dash and Dash 2 but I found the original Dash continues to be my favorite. Maybe a little more room in the toe box for my bunions?

These shoes fit very well. I got the 8½ size to fit my feet. So far, so good! I wear them to walk but would love to do a little bit of jogging in them!

Comfortable from the minute I put it on. Good padding inside, very flexible sole. The teal trim on the Frost Grey model is a shade darker than the picture. I like it even better.

Updating earlier review: still loving these shoes but can’t wear longer than 2-3 hours without running to change shoes: my feet sweat regardless of temperature & even wool socks don’t help in these shoes. Hot pink trim detracts from 5-stars, and Dash 3 more comfy for long walks; Dash 2 soles very cushy, so better for indoor workouts for me.

Since I have only worn these for a few hours so far (they just came yesterday) this review is tentative so I am giving them a 4 instead of a 5. The size is a half to a full size larger than I usually wear, except in the two Ryka Dash shoes I have purchased in the past - which is why I ordered these in the same size, 9. My previous pairs of Ryka Dash shoes were worn for several years until the liner worse through in the toes; the shoes are still in fair condition and I wear them at home and in the garden with other liners in them now. So far these shoes seem to be essentially the same fit as the original Dash shoes, which were very comfortable. I am hoping that the liner in these shoes will last for the life of the shoes.

Great looking sneaker but felt a bit big, need a wide toe box which it has but overall my foot didn't seem to match the arch and feel of the shoe.

This is a great little shoe. It's light with nice stylization (grey and silver). I thought it had just enough support to make it a great run around shoe, although not something that would be supportive standing all day on hard floors or long days of travel. It is very comfortable, but just not quite supportive enough for my problematic feet (neuroma, etc.) The insoles are removable.

Nice style and fit and wonderful arch support feel, and very cushiony. However, the heel area did not have enough support. I felt like my heels were sinking lower than they do in all other shoes, and it felt odd/insecure to me. I was torn between keeping or returning them, but, for the price, I decided that I'd rather an insole that better suits my support preferences.
